For myself the digi that I played with is Dino Lunch. There were a few last week used for the Noah's ark. This is my time to show what I did with it.
I did... yes... an easel card ;) my paper is from Lime Twist by my mind's eye and is called fly a kite it's a 6x6 (just love those packs since I don't waste as much paper with them) I also used BBP cardstock. I added my Robin's Nest silver dew drops.
I colored him up with my copics. I also used a technique that I found through a fellow Dt on the team to make clouds. You can find the tutorial on the blog All the things I love. She really has wonderful tutorials. I used my own template and some blue distress ink. Of course, it didn't come out the way I had planned... but this is my 1st try ;) Here's a closer look at the digi colored:
And here's a side view of my card:
I hope this will have inspired you to play with us and use one of those wonderful critters of yours ;) Please remember that in order to win or be in the top 3 you need to use either a Digi Darla digi or a Floppy Latte this week. Just for playing with us (even if you don't use one of our images) you will get this wonderful digi
So what are you waiting for?!? Come and play at Digi darlas.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
- That craft place blog - Anything goes (2nd entry)
- Dutchdare-cardchallenges - Bingo (bright colors, bling and ribbon) - 2nd entry
- Digi doodle shops best - summertime
- Love to create challenge - use 3 of something (I have 3 blings and 3 papers)
- Simon says stamp and show - no rules
So that's it for me for today! Going back to the beach ;) Well since I'm writing this one week prior... I hope that it will be nice enough that I can go to the beach lol. I'll keep you posted!
