Open Minded Crafting Fun challenge - Movie inspiration

It's the midway post for Open Minded Crafting Fun and I'm almost late lol.... I haven't been on my blog much... The new challenge is about Movie inspiration. And the fabulous sponsors are: ,  , , For my make I did a little tag in keeping with the fact that I'm trying to do stuff other than cards!  And I have given it to my hubby because the inspiration for this is a romantic movie... can you guess it?!?  The image was a freebie from  Sassy Studio  called immortal love.

I'm back and this time around is for the progressive challenge over at  Sassy Studio FB group  and this time around we get to play with OLAF!!!!!! I was sooo excited.  I printed it out and the sentiments as well... and then!  I found a great little snowglobe!!!!  You can add images in the center of it.  So I figured this would be oooooh so perfect for a gift! Here's my make with this great freebie! And here's the globe when you shake it!!!  The image was colored with my copics.  And then just cut down to size with my scissors. Falling leaves

Yup here the leaves are pretty much all fallen.... and as I'm writing this I'm seeing flurries outside.... soooo not ready for the cold... :( Anyway... I'm here to share with you a little card that I did to play in the great FB progressive challenge of Sassy Studios .  I really do love progressive challenges... and well couldn't let this one pass by... Here's my card using the awesome Falling leaves image.  It was a perfect card to send out to a friend to tell her thank you for thinking of me while I'm having a rough time...

Sassy studio Freebie challenge

Hello everyone!  It's Saturday and it will be a busy one with the celebration of my son who turned 17 yesterday!  But hopefully I will get to rest on Sunday for Mother's day! I'm here to share with you the little creation that I made to enter the challenge of Sassy Studio FB group which was to create a gift card holder with this image called Pedi party.  She was offered as a freebie.  But if you want to get next month you have to play with this one.  Otherwise you pass you chance for the next one! So here's the gift card holder that I made all with scraps of papers!  I thought it was perfect for a gift card holder for a special mom!!!

Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenge # 7 - Midway point

Hello everyone!  I'm here to share with you my cards for the midway post over at Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenge .  Our challenge this time around is Animal antics. Again we have some totally awesome sponsors! , , and So for this midway post I did 2 cards.  The 1st one is using a great image from Just some lines called Autumn Shelter .  I thought it was fitting for spring as well since there's lots of rain... and instead of coloring the leaves in autumn colors I did them in green so it looks more like grass :)

Hello everyone!  Wow it was sooo hard to be back to work today...   Especially after losing an hour over the weekend with the Daylight saving time lol Anyway I'm here to share with you a little ATC I made to participate over at Sassy studio and Wicked Wednesday ATC . So I made an ATC!  I haven't played for a little while at Wicked Wednesday... it was the perfect opportunity to do so!  And over at Sassy Studio, they have just launched a new line of sentiments that are totally fun!  And the challenge is to use one!  So I'm using the one that they offered as a freebie.

Last card for the night!  Yup I promise!!! I'll post the other ones tomorrow morning :)  So I had this fabulous image from Sassy Studios for their awesome fan progressive challenge on FB  and I really really wanted to make sure to enter in time, you get the image as a freebie so I don't want to miss the next one!!  So I made my hubby's valentine's day card :)  I think he'll like it!  (hopefully by then both of us will be back in shape...)

Craftitude challenge - Anything goes - Ribbons/pearls

Hello everyone!  Before I get into the main reason of my post... I went to the doctor yesterday and yup bronchitis... so now antibiotics, pumps and syrup... hope to feel better soon because I miss crafting... but I haven't had any energy to do it... Here's now the reason of my post!  It's time for a new challenge over at  Craftitude challenges  and this time the little twist if you choose to accept it is Ribbons or pearls. Hello everyone!  It's finally Friday!!!!  TGIF!!!! And it's a Friday the 13th.... hmmm  ;o) So it's time for a new challenge over at  Craftitude .  This time our twist for you is Christmas sparkles... that's pretty easy right?!? Our awesome sponsors are      and  For my little ATC I used the super fun Holiday Snow White honey from Sassy Studio.  So here's my little ATC with this great image I used some left over Christmas paper for this.  I colored her with my copics and put some fired brick distress ink all around.  I also put a bunch of bling from my stash.  I used my scallop and large circle from spellbinder. Hello everyone!  I'm here to share with you my little ATC for the challenge over at Craftitude challenge  as you know now you can enter any type of crafts!!!  How fun right?!?  But I stuck with the ATC team because it gives me a reason to create some ATC and I love making those ;o) Our challenge this time is to use things that start with "S"... that made me go hmmmm but it really wasn't as hard as I had thougth... Our sponsors for this challenge are:  and   For my ATC I used a Sassy studio image called Scarecrow Sassy.  And my "S" items are - Shaped, straw color, scarecrow and sassy image of course!

Hello everyone!  Hope you had a great Monday!!! I saw the cutest image on FB about this  Yup just had to share... it's the way I feel about Mondays... but they still come ;o)  I'm here to share with you tonight a card I made Saturday before I had company over because my SIL's cousin is becoming a "sommelier"  in English it's "wine waiter" that just doesn't translate well I find the great job that she will be doing of getting the perfect wine for each special meals that people will be ordering!  Anyway there was a great article on her and I figured it would be fun to make a card just for her.  I knew I had an image from Sassy Studio that would fit the bill!  And I managed to find 2 sentiments from Create with TLC for it ;o) I found Glass of wine - appropriate right?!? Here's my card:

I hope you had a great day today!!!  I got some crafting done.... wow that was so fun! I'm here tonight to share with you a card I made for my SIL.  Her SIL is a new graduated teacher!  She just started to teach a special education class.  And my SIL wanted a card for her.  Since this was for the starting of class and for a graduate teacher I used the great Teacher digi from Sassy Studio.  It was a freebie awhile back.  And I thought I would make a back to school grown up style lol

Now did I intrigue you with the title of this blog post?!?  That was done on purpose lol.  I have been wanting to play with the wonderful freebie offered by Sassy Studio over on Crafting Planet for the progressive challenge.  And this time the image is the very sexy Steampunk Amelia.  I thought this really went perfectly with a sentiment that I had from  Create with TLC .

I'm back!  Yes I have a little creation to share with you that I made to play in a few challenge over at the Sassy's blog.  I was doing my DT commenting when I came across a blog talking about a progressive challenge with some Sassy images!!!!  Oh my you know me... I was a goner lol.  So I just had to ask to play with the great Sock Up.  I colored her up while I was on vacation and put her on a card this weekend. My inspiration for the card came from the Sassy studio challenge this week.  It's about vacation and travel.   And the challenge over at Paper Craft Planet is about birthday. So put the 2 together and you get a card for my SIL who will be turning 40 this fall.  She is the one who pushed me into doing an impromptu trip to Paris for a weekend...   She's travelled all over the world and I haven't  but that trip was a blast.  So this is my card for her to remind her of that trip.

I had a special request for a thank you card... it was for a FBI agent... and it had to include a pin up... and it was supposed to say thank you... So... when I got that request I thought right away of Sassy Studio image.  I used the great Shady image.  I really hope that my SIL likes it and that it's what she was hoping for lol kind of hard to make a Pinup thank you card...

Crafting when we can - Challenge #35

Hello Everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Crafting when we can challenges !  This time our amazing sponsor is   And our challenge is about using your favorite things.  How easy is this?!?  For my card I used the wonderful Charlotte Sassy.  I was always a Huge fan of Sex and the city so this was a must for favorite things. I used paper from one of my favorite paper pads Alora from Bobonny (I'm almost out... and I found another pad over at McMahon design on special!!!!  Yeah for me!!!)  I used my wonderful curved rectangle from Spellbinder to cut out the digi and paper.  I added some Robin's nest dew drops (a must for favorite) and added a ribbon with a purse charm from my stash.  I really do love my charms. Here's a closer look at the digi And here's the look at the great sentiment from  Create with TLC .  I really love to shop so that was perfect for a favorite challenge!  It made my hubby laugh ;)  'cause I kinda go with this mantra.

Tammy's scrapin corner - Challenge # 43

This time over at  Tammy scrapin corner  our challenge is about making a Step Center card!  Yup!  I don't  make a lot of those... so just had to do one for the challenge... I find them hard to do and decorate but they do look awesome however. For this challenge we have 2 amazing sponsors:  and  For this challenge I was lucky to create with the wonderful Snowman Pin up from Sassy Studio. For this card I used some left over papers from Little yellow bicycle.  I used my curved rectangle, classic circle and scallop circle from Spellbinder.  I added some Robin's nest dew drops. Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge # 36

This week at  Tammy's scrapin Corner  we have your favorite challenge!  YES it's Anything goes!  And the wonderful sponsors for this challenge are:  and       For my 1st card I was lucky to work with the beautiful digi Santa's Helper from Sassy studio. For this card I used paper from October Afternoon-Holiday Style.  I used my classic rectangle small as well as my Fleur de lis rectangle and curved rectangle all of those dies from Spellbinder.  I used a ribbon from my stash as well as Robin's Nest Dew drops. I used my copics to color this beautiful digi as well as some gold stickles and I used mowed lawn distress ink. This is the wonderful sentiment from  Create with TLC  isn't  it just perfect for this card?!?  I'm pretty sure that she can convert anybody from one list to the other lol For my 2nd card I used the beautiful digi from Eureka called Wrapped up kitty and puppy digi 17802 it really reminded me of my dogs and cats.... just hope
