Image
Oh there's a super cute little image being release over at  Faery Ink  you can find the adorable little ragdoll heart in the store here . Monster digi stamp set - SLS lines

Image
Hello everyone, it's my turn to post inspiration over at SLS lines digi stamps ! I was making a little pocket letter and I thought that I would use some of the very fun little monsters from the set  Monster digi set  and that they would totally brighten up the little ATCs that I made for it. The background for those ATC were made with some oil pastel, stencils and baby oil.  I colored them up with my copics and then fussy cut them out. Aren't they just so funny?!?  You could make so many fun makes with those. The sentiments that I used are all from  Create with TLC . I'm entering those little ATCs in the following challenges: Chalk n stock  - use some chalks - I used some oil pastels for the backgrounds Creative knockouts  - Humorous card - I figured ATC cards would be ok.... Sassy studio designs  - Anything goes That's it for me for now... but I will be back later with more! Hugs

RSD inspiration post with darker version beware!

Image
Hello everyone!  I have a special post today for you I wasn't supposed to post today... but yesterday I finally finished my altered piece of furniture a Jewelry box that's fairly big and was perfect for my craft room....   Perfect except for the colors lol So what's special about this post?!?  Well I'm taking over on the Airless Chamber as well as the Sparkle and Glitter blogs to post part of this piece because I used a nice side and a not so nice side with the passage of time as my inspiration.  So here are the before and the after painting of the furniture piece. You can see that it wasn't really much of a reflection of me the before.... That distressing was a new technique for me... I wanted a crackled finish and used some glue to make it.  What I didn't realize at the time is that when the piece is standing up it makes a huge puddle of goo at the end.... so the front drawers came out better than the side....  But I wasn't discouraged I reapplied

Karleigh Sue - Hot sunny day

Image
It's my turn to give you some inspiration for our awesome Hello Summer challenge  over at Karleigh sue challenge  that you can find  here .   I used the great image  Hot sunny day .   Every summer I use a smash book to record our camping memories.  In the past I just brought the smash book and decorated it while I was there.  This time around I'm getting ahead :)  It's more fun because I have more supplies here than at the campground lol I figured this image would be the perfect centerpiece for the cover!  And I sure hope that like her I can enjoy the hot weather!

Doodlebug Fae - Faery Ink inspiration

Image
Doodlebug Fae  is such a great image to use on a tag! I really really love now doing other stuff than cards :)  I've become totally hooked!  And this month I had a tag swap.  It happened that one of the tag had to be fantasy.  So I figured this would be the best image EVER to make it on a tag. Here it is colored with my copics.  I also used stickles on the wings and on the wand.  The background of the tag was done with a bunch of mists and I used an ATC that I got in a little grab bag from Minerva.  I used some Red brilliance dew drops.  I used my fancy tag 2 and put some inks all around it. I'm entering this little bookmark/tag in the following challenges: Crafting from the heart challenge blog  - anything goes Not just cards challenges - Anything goes The papernest dolls challenge  - Anything goes Dragonfly journeys  - Something about books. That's it for me for today.  Hope you have a good day... yeah my endings are the same... what can I say it
