It's getting Cold!

Image
Hello!  Yes it's Friday and it's a cold one here in Montreal!  We can really feel that Fall is coming and you know after fall... well it's winter and that means Christmas!  Yes I said the "c" word! :) Today Sandra Caldwell is releasing some image that will be perfect for getting your Christmas cards done!!!!  You can find the one that I used which is Reindeer Hound in the Etsy store here . I had lots of fun making a card this time.  Yes I don't make a lot of them anymore...  I used some ribbon to make a double bow. I used some dies from Spellbinder to cut the image as well as the sentiment.  The image was colored with my copics.  I can't tell you which paper set this paper comes from because it was a left over piece.  I used a word document to make a sentiment and print it out to be used for this. I'm entering this card in the following challenges: Aud sentiments challengeblog  - anything goes with a sentiment Addicted to stamps-challenge

Hello!!!!  It's Friday how fabulous right?!?  So happy about that seems like the week is just soooo long and then the weekend just goes by so very fast. Anyway I'm here to share with you all a journaling spread that I did to showcase the new release image Blushing Barbie from Sandra Caldwell. I have made a video of my process and you can see it here: I had to do a double spread because I don't like having pages that don't match... yeah I'm that weird lol The background was done using some gelatos. I added some sentiments from magazine as well as an image from a magazine.  I added some flowers that were given to me by a colleague.  And I put some bling in them :)  We always need bling right!?? Here is a closer look at the spread with the cute digi The image was colored using my copics. Hello!  It's Friday wooohooo so very glad it's been a long and tireing week and it will be for the next 2 more weeks....  Anyway Friday means that there's a new release over at Sandra Caldwell's etsy store  and for this one I got to play with the fabulous image Pussy Kat Eye. This was the perfect opportunity to recycle a little container to put the food of my new baby Sam.  I also figured I would introduce you to him in this video. Here is what it turned out like.  This started out as a tea container.  I used black gesso.  Some stenciling using some Heidi Swapp teal texture paste with a stencil and used as well some white texture paste with a Tim Holtz stencil.  I added some book paper and some homemade deli paper.  The sentiment was done in word. The image was colored with my copics and then I fussy cut it out. I'm entering this in the following challenges: As you like it challenge  - Favorite fur or feathers - well fur of course.  Love my new baby

I used my very 1st homemade journal for this one.  And I was working on this while camping... so with very limited supplies.  The sentiment is from a magazine.  I used some sprays and got them to drip.  Then I stamped and did some doodling with my faber castel pens. I used copics to color this cute image and Chameleon pens as well.
