Jackson's Digital Expression Challenge

This week at Jackson's Digital Expression Challenge is the turn for the CAS team and this time we want to see CAS with pattern paper. Our wonderful sponsor this week is For my 1st card I used the wonderful Digi Ax-mas from Robert Jackson!  Just looooove that digi :D I used paper from My mind's eye - The merry days of Christmas.  I used Label 7 and Label 14.  I added a ribbon and charm from my stash.  I used Evergreen burgh distress ink around the edge of the digi and the sentiment. Sunflower - Scribbles design challenge

Hello Everyone!  I don't  know if you know but if you don't  I'll tell you :D There's a new challenge coming up in February 2013, it's Scribbles Design Challenge!  Well to get ready you can use a wonderful digi that's available on the challenge site here . I am tremendously happy to say that I'm part of this wonderful design team!  I've followed Scribbles by Sandy for awhile and I was super excited when she asked me if I would be interested.  Since I totally adore her work I just couldn't say no! And you too can be part of this wonderful team!  All you need to do is answer the Design call! So for some inspiration for you I made a card with the wonderful freebie. To make this card I used paper from my scrap pile!!!!  So happy so I can't tell you the names of the papers... I used my Small and my large classic square as well as my Label 14.  I used an embossing folder from Cuttlebug called African batik on the paper that looks like wood.

Digi Makeover challenge # 63

Hello All! This week at  Digi Makeover Challenge  it's all about food!  Well no kidding when all our American Friends are about to celebrate Thanksgiving! Well our Thanksgiving in Canada was back in early October... so now I'm getting ready for Christmas!  I thought this great image Duncan was just perfect for a little Christmas card! I used some paper from My mind's eye - Be merry.  I also used some cardstock from Immortal love by DCWV.  I used my Label 22, classic oval and scallop ovals all by spellbinders.  I used some ribbon from my stash as well as some buttons that I stacked up.  I used some salty ocean Distress ink around the sentiment and the digi. Here's the closer look at the digi that I colored with my copics. And a closer look at a wonderful sentiment from  Create with TLC  that I think totally apply to any festive occasion!  Don't you agree?!? DDC#38 - Thanksgiving/Thankful

This week at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is about Thanksgiving or being thankful! For my card I used a wonderful digi called Pumpkin Wheat.  I thought it was just perfect for this type of card. For this card I used paper from We r memory makers - Autumn splendor.  I used my Recollection cardstock as well.  I embossed the brown cardstock with a cuttlebug folder.  I used my curved rectangle and my reverse wonky rectangle by spellbinder.  The edge of the digi and the sentiment were brushed with brushed corduroy distress ink. Here's the wonderful digi that I colored with my copics. And I used a sentiment from  Create with TLC  that was just perfect for this card! Tammy's scrapin corner - Challenge # 37

This week over at  Tammy's Scrapin corner  our challenge is about fall inspiration. And for you we have some amazing sponsors again:   and  and  I really have trouble doing just one card... so I ended up with 2 yet again... For my 1st card I used a wonderful digi from Doodle Dragon called 12 goody 54b. For this card I used some paper from We r memory makers - Autumn splendor.  I used my label 22 and my fancy framed tags 1 from Spellbinder.  The ribbon is from the dollar store.  I used some brads from Eyelet Outlet.  I also added some of my wonderful Robin's Nest Dew drops. I colored the image with my copics and I did it twice to be able to pop up the arms and the squirrel :D  The picture looks a bit fuzy because it's concentrating on the squirrel I guess... This week at  One stitch at a time  and it's a challenge you guys will totally love!  It's a "use a digi" so how cool is that? The wonderful sponsor this week is Joanna Sheen. For my card as well as CG (you need to check her's out!) we used the Busted digi from Stitchy!  I was laughing as I was creating :D For this card I used My Mind's Eye paper - Merry Days of Christmas.  I used my curved rectangles as well as my classic large circle and scallop circle from Spellbinder.  I used iced spruce distress ink to ink around the sentiment and the digi. Here's a closer look at the digi.  I added some stickles to Santa's suit and colored him with my copics. And here's a look at a sentiment from  Create with TLC  that I thought would be perfect with this digi... 'cause if you do bite Santa... Good evening everyone!  No I'm not feeling blue... even if I am quite tired and really looking forward to the weekend!  The day was super busy with meetings and then the teacher parent conference for my 2 youngest.  But they got good grades so all is good! So why then you ask the title... well the image that I'm using is called Blue part of the Mary in Stocking set, it's from Marion and can be purchased here .  Totally adorable it comes colored in blue or red and uncolored.  I chose for my card the blue version!  Totally love that it's all ready to go for a quick and beautiful card. So since the image was really wonderful I didn't do much... I used some leftover papers I really love when I can do that.  I added the wonderful sentiment that comes from one of Marion's fabulous set.  Some ribbon and pearls purchased at the dollar store.  That's it!
