Hello everyone!  So what have you been up too today?!?  I got some totally fabulous news!!!!  I'm one of the 2 GDT for Meljen's.  That's the best before Christmas present I could get.   Meljen's image  are just sooo awesome.  There's a few artist like that that I have been hoping to one day to design for... and this day is here at least for this one ;) We also went as a family to see the The Hobbit at the movie theatres!  Great movie except for the part about the disgusting spiders!!!!  Way too long that part... And then I had made some great chili in the crockpot so we got home to a nice meal.  Yup a great day. And to finish it off I made 2 creations just for fun with some Dilly Bean images!  Just adore those.  When I said that there where a few artist... well Dilly bean is one of them. So hopefully one day I get to design for them.  In the meantime I try to play as much as possible... and it's been awhile since I have been able too.  So I wanted to play al

Yup that's the title... and that's the name of the great digi that I used!!!!  I haven't been playing in the challenges of Dilly Beans  and I really missed it!!!  So when I saw that the challenge this time around was Anything but a card I thought this was the perfect time to make a little ATC especially since the challenge over  Wicked Wednesday atc  is anything goes!!! I really really love making ATCs they are a great way to use up your scraps and I just find that the size in itself gives me a challenge since it's so small... so finding the proper elements to put on there is not easy lol I had purchased a bunch of digis from Dilly Beans and I haven't used all of them so this was a great opportunity to play with one that I would have more trouble to put on an actual card... Goodmorning!  I hope you are having a fabulous week!  I'm here to share with you a little card I made this weekend to play at the challenge over at Dilly Beans.  This time it's inspirational quotes For this card I used 185- Angel.  This was also part of the great set I purchased when there was an awesome sale.  So very happy that I'm actually coloring the images that I purchased instead of having them stay in my computer... and just looking at them.  Yup I'm a big time hoarder... good thing those don't take much room.

Hello everyone!  Hope you are having a great week so far.  I'm doing good.  I'm in the midst of my budget process... so doing the budget tour and lots of meetings...actually all day meetings all week.  Other than that got the news that my youngest son William will have to change school this year so in a week he's starting off at a different school so that's really hard for him.  He's starting his 5th grade. I'm here because I created a card this past weekend for the new challenge over at Dilly Beans!  I have purchased a whole set of digis (the retiring ones 50 for 25$ how cool right?!?) and so I try to keep using them!  I seem to accumulate fabulous digis and then I don't use them.  So my new resolution is to use them, that and my stamps.  Let's see how long this resolution lasts lol  But without that, I really have no reason to purchase anything if I don't actually use it! Good evening everyone!  Hope you had a fabulous Sunday.  My household just got a whole lot louder....My kids are back lol.... ;o)  So I created a bit this afternoon... but not much!  But I did try out some new stuff and I'm here to share it with you! This time I'm sharing an ATC I made with a digi from  Dilly Beans!!!  They had the most awesome sale!!!  50 digis for only 25$$$ It's all the retired digis from 2013 but since I don't have a lot this is really really awesome. So I was really anxious to start using some!!!  So I used 262- Framed girl spider.  And for this I decided to do an ATC.  And I also decided to create a new technique after seeing Karen Christensen use it.  So I colored this great image with my HB2 and HB4 pencils and blending tool.

Hello everyone!  It's really late but I wanted to share a little ATC that I made today. I have not participated recently at the Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge and I was missing it.  This week the challenge is about Show us the future.  While I was thinking on what that could be for a little ATC... I finally figured while looking at the digi that it reminded me of my daughter. So stay with me for a little while... what would I say to my daughter concerning her future?  Well I would say You decide your future!  And that was the start of this ATC. I used some left over paper to create this.  I colored the Dilly Bean image (430-Skull bow framed) with my copics.  The sentiment was done with one of those little label maker. Hello everyone!  I finally got to my craft room today... well after taking care of my papers for the income tax... WOW I was sure that this week would be all about crafting... and not so!  I was getting a bit frustrated as I really wanted to get ahead with my DT work as well as play for fun. I almost missed the Wicket Wednesday ATC challenge that I so wanted to play with this week!!!!  That's what happens when you think you have lots of time... you end up having none lol So here's my little ATC done with the wonderful Chloe Bell Framed from Dilly Beans (sooooo love those images).  If only I could have more $$$ to go shopping more often in that store... For the 1st picture I put a playing card beside my ATC to give an idea of the size. For this ATC I used some paper from Desert Blooms - First edition.  I used some ribbon and bow from my stash.  I added a little Robin's nest dew drops.  The sentiment is from Dylusions - Say what you mean (totally in love with those sen

For this card I used paper from Yuki for Ruby violet by Lilla Rogers.  I used my american craft dear Lizzy buttons.  I also used some American Craft twine.  I used my nesting ovals by Quickutz and I made the flower using a punch from Michaels.  The pearls are from my stash. For this card I used a wonderful sentiment from Create with TLC  that was part if I'm not mistaken of the last club!  Just love those clubs so many wonderful goodies.
