I journaled the super sweet image Poppy from Anne's Digital Art.  I used a piece of design paper from a magazine and edged it.  I used some tattered angel sprays on the image and doodled all aroun.  I also used a great sentiment from Unity stamps that I think is very fitting for me. So as mentioned this is for the great challenge over at  Outlawz challenges Hugs

Good evening!  How was your Monday?  Mine was really busy but that's good since it passed by faster... the only bad part was that I didn't take a full lunch and didn't get to blog and see you all! ;o) I'm here tonight to share with you a little card that I made for the  Outlawz  progressive challenge.  I'm really sad because it was announced that they are closing it down... so this will be the last one.  It was so much fun to participate in it... I'm really quite sad to see it go.  But totally have to understand all the hard work that goes into making it run. So I used Christmas Sentiments from Anne digital art this time.

Well goodevening everyone!  Yup it's really late for me to be doing a post... but my hubby is away at his dad so I'm all alone with the kids and I find it a lot harder to fall asleep.  So figured I might as well post a card that I had made this week. I also wanted to tell you a little more about what happened to my washer last night... Yesterday my kids were home alone since it was a ped (pedagogical) day in their school.  So before I left I started the laundry and told them to continue throughout the day and that I didn't want any clothes left when I came back. Well I received a phone call at around 9 o'clock to say that there was an issue with the washer that it wasn't emptying properly... it was still full of water.  So I gave them as much advice as I could being away... but in the end it was to be left until I would come back.  Now my hubby was supposed to be leaving last night... so I e-mailed him right away to let him know that there was an issue and that

Outlawz Freebie challenge - Flowers in a basket

Hello everyone!  So I was really really busy today (I should say yesterday since it's now midnight...) shows that I'm on vacation... staying much later than I ought too... but trying to catch up and so much stuff that I want to do and so very little time... I had a really nice visit from my dad and stepmom today!  It was great fun.  She loves to craft as well so we discussed that while the guys were talking writing... my hubby is writing a book at the moment and the 1st reader is my dad... so there was much discussion on that.  Looking forward to being able to read his novel on day... So I did a lot of DT cards for this weekend... and trying to get ahead but so far not much success there... too much other stuff to do. For this post I finally got around to playing with the Freebie from Outlawz!  About time since it's going to be over on the 10th of March... so if I wanted to be in time I had to move my A... This time around we had the choice of 3 great digis.  I chos

Watering can

I'm back with another card this time for the freebie challenge over at the  Outlawz challenges .  Just love this challenge because you get to play with some wonderful goodies ;)  So we had 2 images that were received.  For my card I played with Watering can made my Anne's Digital Art.  I thought this was the perfect image for any type of occasions!!! For this card I went with more pastel colors... I'm usually in the much brighter shades.  But I thought this was just perfect to bring spring on!!!  I used My mind's eye - Miss Caloline paper.  I used my scallop and classic circle.  The flower and brad were in my stash.  I used a ribbon as well from my stash. Here's a closer look at the wonderful digi that I colored using my copics.  I added a sentiment from  Create with TLC . I followed this sketch to make this card: I'm entering this card in the following challenges: Sketchy friday  - Sketch Inky impressions challenges  - Ribbon and/or twin
