Our sponsors this week for you are:   and   For my card I used a Paper Shelter image called Coffee Break Outlines.  I thought it was perfect to send to my stepmom who was starting to work again... she's a teacher and really wasn't looking forward to going back to work after the summer off... I used in the 1st column - image and sentiment, 2nd column - die cut, 3rd column - stickles, 4th column flower and pearl and bling, 5th column - ribbon

Hello everyone! Hope you have been having a fabulous week so far.  It's Thursday so that means it's getting closer to the weekend!  It also means that it's time for a new challenge over at  Dutch Dare card challenge . This time our challenge is about Summer coming.  And our sponsor this week is: For my card I used the image Bath Time outlines.  I had gotten it a while ago and did not have time to create with it before!  This was the perfect opportunity!

Tonight I finished all my DT work so that I may go on vacation!!! YAY!!!  About time because I'm leaving Friday afternoon lol. I still managed to make 2 cards just for the fun of it because there are challenges that I really wanted to enter.  Last week I won at Paper Shelter.  And I was DYING (well almost ;) ) to color it up!  So here it is: Yes... I made an easel card ;)  Told you I was totally addicted to those!!!  I used paper Desert Bloom from First Edition, I love the sparkle that this gives.  I paired it up with some ribbon from my stash and... yes you know it Robin's Nest Dew Drops. Here's a closer look as to how I colored Little Bit Grumpy: I used my copics, I inked all around with some Frayed Burlap distress ink and added Crystal Stickles to the wings that I had colored in pale pink to give that extra shine.  Isn't she cuuuuuute!  Now you know why I couldn't stop myself and needed to color her up.
