Hello everyone! Super excited and tired here.... lol started the new job and I totally love it! But man I'm tired with learning and cramming in so much in my little pea brain!
I'm here to share with you a new video that I have made with my latest calendar series. This time it's the winter months! So December, January and February. I used the backgrounds that I had made using the JB5 series.
Here's my video
and here are the individual calendars
The papers are all left overs from my scrap piles. The calendars can be found here.
This is using Christmas Candles from Delicious Doodles
Here is using a little stamp from House Mouse called Santa's little helper
For the month of January I used Meljen's little snowboy
And Karen Middleton - Snuggle penguin
and for February I have used Heart 2 from Crafty Secrets
And Heart doodle from Scribble Design
Hope you like those and will check out my video!!!!
I finally KICKED my butt and got some of my calendars from the JB5 process where I had done 24 backings finished (well the front part anyway). And I made a video out of it to share with you. This time however it's not a fast forward one.... it's one where I actually speak throughout.... So LONG (warning you in advance).
Pretty happy 6 done 18 more to go?!? YIKES when will that be done .....anyway.... If I want to have a chance to put the calendars in my Etsy store I need to get going.... plus it's something to keep me busy and hopefully feeling worthy of SOMETHING....
Here's the video that I made if you don't mind hearing me for a long time.... (you can put the speed at double on Youtube btw if you want to hear me in speed version).
For this 1st October one the image is from Birdy Brown it was a freebie called Gnome boy fall and unfortunately the store is closed now :(
This one is using a Scribble Design image that you can get here.
This little one I used some leaves cut from my Creative memories punch as well as a tree cut with my memory box die. The image is from Meljen's Design is Leaf Mouse but Meljen is also closed now.
For this one I added some buttons that I had in my stash. The image is from Meljen's as well and it's called Pumpkin and crow.
I'm so very sad... .this is my last DT inspiration day with you for Meljen's Designs. As you know Meljen's is closing down so make sure you grab those digis you love before they are gone!!!!!
Hope your week as been good so far? I'm sharing as my last post the inside of a special card that I did for my little niece Stella. I had decorated the inside of the card of her twin brother! So I needed to do the same for her right?!? So here's my make with the super cute Party Penguin
Oh my... such a sad day on my blog... not only am I going to see the woman doctor (hate doing that) today but it's also the very last challenge over at Meljen's that I will be DT for.... after that only one inspirational post and that's it!
For this time around it's a recipe challenge: 1 image, 2 papers and 3 embellishments! So to me this was the perfect time to do a Christmas card!
Hello! It's Thursday and it's time for a new challenge over at Meljen's Design. This time around it's about seeing double so use 2 images!
That's hard for me... I usually use only one lol But I decided to do more of my little calendar and use a word art piece with the cute image. So I'm using Little egg chick and Spring growth word art.
Hello everyone! It's Thursday and that means a new challenge over at Meljen's designs and this time around it's Tic Tac Toe!
Here's the grid that we are using:
So for my make I did Eyelets, Brads and twine. Not something that I do often... it's funny how we accumulate stuff and then rarely use it... it comes in waves... Anyway, I'm sharing with you another little page of my calendar and this time around it's a summer one! YUP totally long for summer to get here already!!!
It's already the midway post for our challenge over at Path of positivity and this time around it's laughter.
The great sponsors for this challenge are: , , and
For my make this time I used a really fun image from Meljen's Design called Birthday cake oopsy bear.
This image reminded me of a funny incident when I was a kid... my grandpa went to get the b-day cake from the pantry. The cover was on it... and he lifted it just a bit to see the cake. But at the same time he tipped it a bit.... so yup you can guess it the cake ended up on the floor! And my grandma was sooooo pissed especially since we were laughing so very hard. And poor grandpa felt soooo bad and embarrassed... yup good memories!
It's time for a new challenge over at Meljen's Designs. This time around it's a wonderful sketch. Don't know about you but even when my mojo is down a sketch will help it going!
Here's my take with this great sketch. I used the totally adorable Little Miss Heart Mouse. She just soooo cute!
Hope you are having a good week it's time for my inspirational piece for Meljen's design blog! I'm here with a different little inspiration piece. I made this for my little nephew to go with his Christmas present. I figured when you are 2 and 1/2 it's really magical to play with one of those little globes.
I figured that this little guy would be perfect for this make Night time bear
Hello! It's time for a new challenge over at Meljens designs and this time around it's Let it snow. Yup it's still winter here (looking forward to spring can you tell :) )
For my make I decided to make a little calendar page and to make it super simple I used a precolored image from Meljen called Chubby snow bird colored Chickadee
It's Saturday! And I'm doing this post late... getting last minute... shows I haven't been on much. Anyway enough about me, I'm sharing with you my make for the midway point of Open Minded Crafting Fun

Hello! It's time for a new challenge over at Meljen's Designs and this time around it's about wrapping paper!!!
Yeah... I wasn't sure what I would do lol. So went through my wrapping paper box and found a left over piece (I can never seem to throw away paper... just in case I have a small gift to wrap lol). It was the perfect inspiration for this card.
The image that I used is the fab Happy holiday wreath that I printed twice so I could do a bit of decoupage and have a 3d effect :)
Hello! Wow we are already in December!!!! It's a bit weird to be doing a DT post for Meljens designs on a Wednesday since usually I do them on a Friday but with Christmas around the corner we will all be super busy! So I hope that I can give you some inspiration with you a little Christmas card.
