OSAAT - challenge # 131

This week at  One stitch at a time challenge  our theme is autumn!  How perfect for this time of year?  I don't  know for you but I'm really loving the warmth of those colors right now!!! For my card I have used the image Tree on Hill from Gingerloft!  Yes today my posts show a lot of trees :D I used Heidi grace design photo mats and some cardstock from BBP.  I used my long classic rectangle and label 21 spellbinder.  Under the sentiment the paper is embossed with a Tim holtz embossing folder.  I added some vintage buttons.  The ribbon comes from the dollar store. Jackson's Digital Expression Challenge #22

This week at  Jacksons digital expressions  our challenge is hosted by the CAS theme and we ask that you use lace and/or pearls in your design.  Our wonderful sponsor this week is: For my 1st card... I messed up and used the old schedule... so went with inches... but I really liked how it turned out and decided to still show it to you guys.  I used the Lil Back to School from Robert Jackson. The paper comes from My mind's eye - Lime Twist - Out of the blue.  I also used some cardstocks from Recollections that I purchased at Michael's.  I used Sizzix embossing on it.  I was soooo happy to find a way to use this embossing folder :D I used Label 22 to cut the digi and cardstock out and colored this sweet little girl with my copics. Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge 26

Today at  Tammy scrapin corner  our challenge is Fall inspiration.  Pretty cool challenge for this time of year!  I don't  know about you but I seem to be drawn to warmer colors as the fall comes around. Here's my 1st one using Country Girl from Sassy Studio.  To me the fall means the crops are ready to be picked and what better way to showcase this than with this little country girl? To make this card and the next one I used some wonderful paper that I got at my local craft store Scrapbook Central.  It's from Bobunny - Apple cider.  I used my Grand Label 4, my label 4 and my grommet tag dies from Spellbinder.  The crinkled ribbon comes from the dollar store!  I was soooo happy to put my hands on this.  It really looks amazing, you can't really tell from the pi...

OSAAT - challenge # 130

This week at One stitch at a time challenge  the theme is "under 18's". I was lucky to play with Gingerloft's Tree house!  I thought this was the perfect theme image for under 18th! I would have looooooved to have a beautiful tree house like this one when I was young! To make this card I used a bunch of papers that I had purchased at my dollar store.  I also used some recollection cardstock. I used the fretboard embossing folder by Couture creation to create faux wood under the digi.  I also had lots of fun with my dies, I used: Label 21, Wonky rectangles and Label and tags all from Spellbinders.  I added some Robin's Nest Dew drops as well, some buttons and ribbon from my stash. I colored the digi up with my copics and put vintage photo and frayed burlap on the digi and the sentiment. Digi Makeover challenge - #52

This week at  Digi Makeover Challenge  it's about buttons!  How easy is that :D  I have tons of them and love using them all over. Here's the card that I made using the wonderful Moody for Coffee. For this card I used First Edition - Sweet Owls.  I used multiple layers for this.  I have used Scallop and classic circles from Spellbinder.  I put some floss from We r memory keepers in the buttons.  The buttons come my stash. The image was colored using my copics. I used one of my charms with the ribbon.  If you like the charm and are a follower you can enter my giveaway here . Tammy's Scraping Corner - Challenge # 26

Hello All!  This week at  Tammy's Scrapin corner  our challenge is anything with wings!  I just love this theme!!!  I'm a big fan of angel, fairies, dragons and butterflies!  So to me this is perfect... but this could also apply to planes, birds, etc. Anything with wings! Our sponsors this week are  and  My first card is a creation that I made using Boy Angel from Eureka Stamps.  I just love this sweet boy he really reminded me of one of my 3 boys with that sweet smile but devious look in his eyes lol and of course that sling shot and frog :D I used for this card Alora Collection from Bobunny.  I have used lots and lots of dies on this card: Fancy tag 3, Label 4 and  grand label 4.  I have added some Robin's nest dew drops.  The ribbon is from the dollar store. For Jen's Blog hop click here . Hello everyone!  Didn't think I would be back right lol  A fourth post in one day! So this is my 1st time using some fabulous Digis from Digi stamps 4 joy.  I was really lucky yesterday to win an awesome giveaway from a fellow DT member Desire Fourie .  If you don't  know her work you really should check it out!  I aspire one day to be as good as she is... not sure that will happen lol I so wanted to play with those images that I decided to enter their challenge of back to school today.  Here's my card: To make this card I used paper from DCWV -The High school stack.  I used as well some buttons from my stash and ribbon.   Here's a closer look at the digi that I colored using my copics and I put some Faded jeans distress ink all around. Challenge # 26 - Crafting when we can

For Jen's Blog hop click here . This week at  Crafting when we can challenges  we are doing a recipe challenge.  One big image, 2 sentiments and 3 colors! Our wonderful sponsor this week is Crafty Ribbons. For this challenge I used one of the fabulous images that I won over at LEJ Designs this week (yes I have the joy of getting another beautiful badge for my blog :D)  It was really hard to choose which image to pick.  I finally made my choice and I get to use one today.  I'm using Soaking in the tub.  I thought this would be a perfect B-day card for a colleague of mine!  My 3 colors are brown, pink and grey. I have used the wonderful paper from First Edition - Sweet owl!  Totally love that paper!  I have used a lot of dies on here: Long classic rectangles, Label 21, Label 1 and Label 23.  I have added some Robin's Nest Dew drops. The wonderful digi is colored using copics and I used Liquid Pearl to make the bubbles. ...

DDC #26 - For the Lil' Ones

This week at  Digi darlas  our challenge is a card for the Lil' Ones.  That should be great fun.  Who doesn't  like to create a child's card.  I know that I really love it.  I get to use bright colors and mostly because kids are not really critical of the cards that they get lol they always see the beautiful in it. For some reason for this card I went layer crazy lol  Just couldn't  seem to stop myself... I don't think I have ever put so much stuff on one little card.  It sure felt heavy afterwards. To make this card I used fancy pants - childish things 6x6 and cardstock from Recollection.  To cutout the digi and the paper underneath I used Wonky rectangles by Spellbinder.  The tag is cut using Grommet Tag also from Spellbinders (I should have shares in that cie lol).  The twine was purchased at Ribbon Carousel and the little charm is from Michael's craft store.  I used a MS border punch to punch out the border...
