Another last little gift - Christmas bird tag
I have one last little gift to share with you. I created a tag to go with a jar filled with tea light candles. I will be giving this out to my grandmother with some soap. There's not much that she can use since she's 94 and living in a small condo. I used some left over card stock as well as a 2 digis from Create with TLC Joy snowhead and Christmas bird tag.
