Hoo loves you

I just loooove this new stamp I got from Greeting Farms.  It's a series of Owl.  I have used one of the series and a sentiment for this card.  As well as an embossing cuttlebug folder.  Just really really {heart} those folders.  Makes a huge difference in the look of the paper. I used distress inks on the sentiment as well as on the border of the owl.  That stuff is addictive!  And I do end up having it all over my fingers lol.

I really looove how it turned out.

I'm entering it in the challenge at One stop craft challenge which was CAS... wonder if Dirty and simple works lol And I'm entering it also for Totally stampalicious since it's a card with a little critter ;)

So that's it for tonight!!!  Keep on leaving comments please.  Love reading them.

So there's a lot of challenges out there for Easter.  I found a cute stamp in my stash that was begging to be used.  Here's how it turned out:
To make this card I used a stamp from IO Cutie Pie.  I also used the back and front of TPC Studio - Sunny Bunny Colored Eggs (love being able to use both sides.

I'm entering this in the following challenges:

So that's one.  I have another card coming... but I also want to take the opportunity to thank the people that have made comments for my cards.  It means the world to me and makes me want to continue to create!!!!

I'm on fire!

Two post for the 1st night on the web!!!  Pretty good no?  Not sure I'll be able to continue that way but hey having fun in the process.  So here's the 2nd card of the day.
Isn't  it fun?  I used an Alice Smith Digi image.  I printed on my computer the sentiment and used the scraps from the previous card that are from American Craft paper.  I also added a few little stickers to make it more fun.  I'm pretty happy with the results. Enough to enter it in a few challenges:
  1. Dutchdare-cardchallenges  - cute and cuddly ( I believe those chubby babies fit the description)
  2. Crafting when we can challenges - one for the boys
  3. Paperplaytime - one for the boys with sentiment
That's it for tonight folks ;)  Hoped you like them and please don't forget to leave comments!

So exciting

This is my very 1st blog ;0  Hope I do it ok... I've been looking on the net for products and inspiration for a long time.  Now I want to try to inspire others (maybe one day) and have fun in the process.  I discovered challenges  YAY so I will participate in them.  Here's my 1st card for the night:
If I understand the blogging world... you try to describe what you used to make the card.  So in this case it was American Craft Happy B-Day paper that was 2 sided.  I also used a cereal box cardboard ;)  for the square in the back and I used distress ink to age it up. The stamp is from the set Canine Capers 2 - Kraftin Kimmie and the sentiment from Hero Art.  I also used the sketch following to make it (that really does help creativity).

So I'm entering this little card in the following challenges:
  1. Love to create challenge - one for the boys and the sketch
  2. Dutchdare-cardchallenges - cute and cuddly (i think this little doggy qualify don't you?)
  3. Kraftinkimmiestamps - go green (recycled the cereal box! hihihi... I actually quite like the result... so I might do this again!  And it's cheap!!!!  YAY)
  4. Cards for men - outdoor
  5. Crafting when we can challenges - one for the boys
So I hope I did this right... please leave comments and be gentle   lol

Will be back soon with my 2nd post!
