OSAAT - challenge #171

Hello everyone!!!  It's been forever since I last did my DT card for OSAAT!!!  I have become a monthly DT.  I had to cut on some of my DT work and I had the good luck of being able to become a monthly DT instead of leaving the team!!!

So the great challenge this time is to do folds for the cards.

I'm really happy because I really love working with these great images.  And this time for my card I used the great image Nayantara from my Heart Pieces.  Here's the look of the card closed.

Tammy's Scrapin Corner challenge #19

This time at Tammy scrapin corner we are doing a challenge on summertime! This is wonderful as I'm on vacation!  What a better way to celebrate summertime lol ;)  And we are being sponsored by 2 fantastic companies: and

For those of you that know me you won't  be surprised... I just couldn't help myself... I just had to create with both ;) For this 1st card I used Fairy Gun Gun from My heart pieces.

To make this card I used a wonderful paper from Desert Blooms 6x6 pad from First Edition. I used multiple  dies, Kim would be proud of me ;)))  I used Lacey circle, Bitty blossoms (for the flower and foliage) and a Marianne design creatables LR0150 (my 1st time using it).  The flower was cut from a foam that I purchased a the dollar store.    I colored the digi with my copics and added starry night stickles to her wings to make them sparkle.

Here's my 2nd card this time with Deacon and Bugs from Bugaboo.  I chose to create with him because he really reminds me of one of my boys!
I created an easel card this time.  I used my CM scallop border punch as the underflap.  I used some great paper six by six from my mind's eye.  I cut out the digi and the green piece with my scallop square.  I paired it up with a ribbon from the dollar store (yes I purchase a lot of my ribbons there!  It's a good price and I have a multitude of colors!).  I also used some Robin's Nest dew drops, I just looove those.

Here's a closer look at the wonderful image that I colored with my copics:

Summer time

Today is a blistering hot day in Montreal.  It's perfect if you have a pool and air conditioning!  I went to Quebec city today... and came back... overall over 6 hours in the car for work.  So I had plenty of time to think about the card that I wanted to make tonight ;)))

While going through all the challenges I like I realized that I had won the blog hope at My heart pieces.  I was soooooo happy (realize this is a happy dance ;) ).  So I really wanted to enter their next challenge which is summer fun.  I chose 2 fantastic digis.  And tonight I'm playing with one of them.

This is Ankhi.  Isn't she pretty?!?  Just hope I did her justice!   I colored her up with copics.  I used my circle and scalloped circle to cut the digi and the circles around her.  I used Mindy Terasawa -Daydream 8x8 and 6x6 paper.  It has the wonderful sparkly paper ;)  so girly!!!  I used little bling butterflies that I found at a dollar store.  I used a brad from Doodle bug design - boutique brad that I got from Scrapbook Central a local store that I really purchase wayyyy to much from  ;)))  The happy day stamp, I don't  remember where and by whom it is... The tag was no longer with it.

I followed this sketch:

I'm entering this card in the following challenge:
  1. Aud sentiments challenge blog - Bingo (Happy, flower, bling)

Thanks in advance for your lovely comments and a huge welcome to my new followers!!!!!
