Fishing

As you know I'm addicted to the progressive challenges!!!!  And so as such I have played - and I admit I'm very last minute - with the fabulous digi Fishing from Anne's Digital offered in the freebie challenge over at Outlaws challenge.

I decided to create an outdoorsy type of card!
The paper is from Simple stories.  I used some Cheesecloth - I think it almost looks like fishing net.  I added a real lure to which I removed the fish hook - don't want to hurt someone lol.  I used a die cut leave from Cottage Cutz.  I used my large and small squares from Spellbinder.  I didn't  had a sentiment because there's already some writting on the dp.

Here's a closer look at the digi colored with my copics.
It really reminded of when my grandfather would go fishing... I wish like her I could have joined but I was too young at the time...
I'm entering this in the following challenges:

  1. Outlawz challenges - freebie
  2. Chocolate coffee cards - Anything goes
I hope you have a fabulous Saturday and get to craft a bit!!!  I'm hoping too.... I have some errands and cleaning to do but afterwards you know what I will be doing lol

I'm having a giveaway to celebrate the fact that I have reached 400 followers!!! WOW so if you want to enter it's here: http://crafting-vicky.blogspot.ca/2013/09/400-followers-giveaway.html
