Tonight I wanted to play just for fun with a new digi that I just got as a gift for playing in their 1st challenge at  sk digis challenge .  Their new challenge is black , white + 1 more color. So I chose my digi accordingly with an idea that I had :D There's a few challenges that I could play with tonight.  One of them was  Craft-room challenge  with childhood memories!  Well one of the most fond memories I have is getting dressed up for Halloween and getting lots of candies.  My parents didn't buy us candies... so getting them for free from strangers (that you are not supposed to talk to...) was pretty impressive.  This is probably why I just looooove Halloween so much, it really brings the kid out of me :D Here's the card I made with the oh so cute Little Frankenstein: I used some paper from We r memory keepers - Halloween that I had purchased at winners.  I added some ribbon and a border MS punch both purchased at Michaels!!!  AND GUESS WHAT!!!  We now have Mich

Digi Makeover challenge #54

This week at  Digi Makeover challenge  we are welcoming Autumn!  The warm colors and the cooler weather.  We have the privilege of being joined this week by a guest designer  Tina Keller . For this fall card I used the wonderful digi Adam!!! For this card I made an easel card.  I used paper from Bobunny - Apple Cider collection.  I used Label 1, Label 19 (for the inside area to write), classic circle and scallop circle.  The lace ribbon comes from Doodlebug boutique.  I used some leaves from my stash.  Added a stick pin that I made. Also added some Robin's nest dew drops.  I used a MS border punch and used the little leaves to put on top of the border afterwards. For the digi it was colored using my copics and I added some stickles to the wings.  I love seeing a male fairy!  We usually only see female ones!!! Here's a closer look at the wonderful sentiment from  Create with tlc  that I thought was just perfect for this card. Here's a look at the side vi

I kept this card quite CAS.  I used my label 1 and Grand Label 1 from Spellbinder to cut the digi and the cardstock.  The paper is from Le P'tit Bloc (I've had that paper for ever!).   The digi was colored with my copics and I used Pebbles Pearlescent chalks for the sky.  I added 2 little buttons for the added texture. The ribbon comes from Omer des Serres a craft store mostly in Quebec.  It's a really soft ribbon.  I added a little charm from my stash.  You should join in my giveaway if you are a follower of mine you could win 40 mixed charms! This week at Tammy scrapin corner  our challenge is your favorite it's "Anything goes"!!!!  I know that this will be one with lots of wonderful entries (well I hope so)!  Our sponsors this week are:  and  Since I'm a DT on both of these I just had to play with both :D ok ok I admit it even if I wasn't  a DT I would have done 2 cards... just love having a reason to craft :D So for my 1st card, I worked with the wonderful Digi from Digi Darla, Cat in Fall. To make this card I used Paper from We r memory keepers - Fall.  The paper underneath the digi is made using the faux leather technique from  Mynnettes technique tuesday .  I really love the way it looks.  It's a bit messy however.  It's a heat embossing technique!  I used my CM punch to punch out leaves on which I added some stickles.  The ribbon comes from the dollar store and is crinkled.  The charm come from my stash and if you haven't joined yet you should at my giveaway .  It's go

For my card I have used the image Tree on Hill from Gingerloft!  Yes today my posts show a lot of trees :D I used Heidi grace design photo mats and some cardstock from BBP.  I used my long classic rectangle and label 21 spellbinder.  Under the sentiment the paper is embossed with a Tim holtz embossing folder.  I added some vintage buttons.  The ribbon comes from the dollar store. The image was so beautiful that I only added some Vintage photo distress ink to age it up.   Here's a look at a sentiment that I got part of the Autumn club from  Create with tlc .  If you have not been part of those clubs what are you waiting for?!?  There's so many goodies that come directly in your mailbox!
