WOW it's almost 4 years!!!!  I'm so amazed that I'm still blogging!!!  And I have gone through such changes from my beginnings. Here is the card that I posted with my 1st post on March 27th 2012: And here is my latest post that I have done prior to posting this My style and everything as totally changed I think!!! I have also been through lots and you guys have supported me the entire time!!!  And that's why I wanted to celebrate you as well. Hello everyone!!!  I hope you are doing well.  It's time for a new release over at The East Wind .  This new one is a Lucy Loo!!! I really really love those!!! And just HAD to play with it.  I decided to use an index card that I had used for some left over paints. I colored her up with my copics.  The sentiment is from Shery Russ part of the stamplorations stamp lines.  I added some bling to this and finished it at that. Hello everyone!!!  It's time for a new challenge over at  The east wind .  This time our challenge is about recycling! I decided to make a little mixed media postcard using some recycled cereal box (I have LOADS of those since I have 4 teenagers) as well as some book text. The image that I used for this little postcard is  Cheif . You can see my process in the little video here. Here's what it turned up like.  I used some stamping using some stamps from my stash.  The sentiment is from Tim Holtz.  The image was colored with my copics and then fussy cut. Hello everyone!  It's already March!!!  WOW, that means that we are getting closer to Spring and I have to admit that I'm very much looking forward to this!!! The freebie offered by The East wind  for the newsletter subscribers this time is called Spring has sprung!  That is just perfect for this time right?!?  The challenge we have for you this time is about circles! For this little make I did a special make with my daughter:)  You can see the video here: The only sad part is that I didn't have a good weekend luck wise either.... and I reformated my little card so lost the beginning footage of this.  So you only see the ending part of the make.  Oh well it is what it is right?!? Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at  The East Wind  and this time around it's about Dressing up!!! I'm using the very cute little Baby Aurora Birthday princess .  I thought she would be PERFECT for my little niece b-day card. She is turning 4 this March.  Wow time sure goes by fast. I didn't go with the typical colors... I found a great piece of Design paper in one of my Studio Calico paper pack.  I thought it would be the perfect base.  And it made for a very very bright card.

Hello everyone!!!  There's a brand new image today over at  The East Wind .  And it's just stunning as all the images are.  When I saw it I knew right away the background that I wanted to use this on!! I had taken a class at Scrapbook Centrale (a local store) and used the left over paints that I had on a journal page.  This page was still pending in my journal. You can see my process in the video here: Because I wanted the background to still show I used my Silk paints on top of this little journaling because silk paints are transparent. I added some sprays from Heidi swap as well.  The doodling was done using my faber castell pitt pens and the sentiment and flower in black were done using some stamps. Hello everyone!  It's February!!!  And this means a new challenge and freebie over at  The East Wind . This time the challenge is about Friendship.  And the super cute little image was JUST PERFECT for my new adventure I thought.  Back at the beginning of the year I mentioned that I wanted to try to make a little book about doing a scavenger alphabet book.  This image had a tree which in French is Arbre and Friends is in French Amis. This made my very 1st page of my new book.  It's the book Supid white men that I am using for this.  I have used a die to make the tab for each alphabet letter. I used my Neocolors to make the background.  The tree was colored with my copics and some crayola pencils.  The A is an alphabet sticker from Creative memories. Here's a closer look at the image. OMG the time is just flying out of my hands.... I realized that I totally missed the posting of this last Tuesday.  I was sure that the release date for this fab image from The East Wind was this Tuesday.  Imaging my surprise and disappointment with myself when I realized that I missed my posting date... :( But I had just had to share with you what I did with the fab Transformation image . This image really called to me!!!  It seemed perfect to illustrate all the transformation that I've been going through! During the holidays my dad gave me something to hold my dolls head... yeah I know spooky and weird but I still have to figure out what to make out of them.  Anyway in the meantime I have something to hold them.  But that came wrapped up in newspaper!!!!  And the newspaper was from 1985!!!!!  YES that was a great find!!!  I was as happy with that as with the gift lol.  It was all yellowed out!!!  And just YUMMY. So that's what I'm using for my background here.

I thought this was a fabulous image for a layout and in the color choices that I wanted to do!  So here is my little version with black, white and RED :)

WOW it's the 1st of January!!!  Happy New year everyone!  Hope you have a fabulous year filled with joy and happiness.  I know that I was sure looking forward to 2016!!!!  2012 until 2015 and including that year have been HELL... so happy to turn the page and I sure hope that this year is filled with health! Well it's December 1st.... oh my the time just FLEW!  So I'm here to share with you my make with the great new freebie for The East Wind . My daughter had to make a wreath with some candies for Scouts.  I thought it was just GORGEOUS so I purchased it.  I added a big ribbon and a cute little tag make with the super cute little image from The east wind. The candies are tied with twine on a wire hanger that was bent to make a circle.  The top is perfect for hanging it :)

Hello everyone!!!!  It's Friday!!!!  TGIF!  I'm here to share with you my little make with the totally fabulous make for the new release image over at  The East wind . This little one called Baby it's cold outside is just perfect for this time of year!!!!  I used her for my January calendar make.  Getting more done YAY :) The background was done with a little napkin and the calendars that show the holidays for Quebec can be found here .  The great sentiment is from  Create with TLC .  I also added some snowflakes that I got at the dollar store last year :)  The image was colored with my copics. WOW time is going by WAY too fast!!!  I'm not getting 1/2 of what I want to do done..... man.... and 1st thing you know Christmas will be here.... Anyway it's time for a new challenge over at  The East Wind  and this time around it's about layers.  I thought it was the perfect time to use the fab image  Bunnyholics  she's wearing loooots of layers.  And I knew that this would be the greatest image of all to send to a special person :)

OH it's already November!!!!  And that means that it's time for a new challenge for The East wind .  And this time around it's about Mustache!!!!! So for this great freebie I used a little index card to make this.  I also used a little clock embellishment that I got as a gift.  And I loved it so much that I made a bunch and you can find those in my etsy store here . I thought it was perfect for a day were we turn back time here!!! I stamped the sentiment on an old book page with some letter stamps that I purchased.  I used my sharpies on the edge of the sentiments.  The image was colored with my copics. Oh it's a scary time over at  The East Wind , it's time for an Halloween challenge!!!!!  There are so many fabulous image in the store that I hope you will join us using a great TEW image. The one that I used is Halloween witch with black kitty .  And I made a little postcard with it!  I thought this year instead of sending the typical Halloween cards that I would send some postcards to some :) I used some washi tape on this as well.  The image was colored with my copics.  The sentiment is from  Create with TLC .  I just tore it out, I like doing that instead of using a die sometimes! Hello!  Wow where is the time going?!? It's already October 1st!  And this means it's time for a new freebie over at  The East Wind  and this time it's Dragon's tear so cuuuuuuute! I decided to make a little index card with this.  And I used my favorite TEXTURE of all at the moment which is corrugated cardbox. The background was doing with some left over paints on this.  I really love using the left overs on some index cards because it means that I have some backgrounds all ready for projects like this.  The sentiment is from a stamp and I put it on some old text book paper.  The digi was colored with my copics and I added some stickles to his great wings. WOW where does the time go?!?  It's time for a new challenge over at  The East Wind  and this time it's about the little ones. I didn't want to make the usual makes for this so I thought that a little bookmark would be cute!  I also did a video of the making of this which you can see here: You can purchase my little bookmark here . I had great fun using the fab image Tuxedo cat  it's not the 1st time that I use him and probably won't be the last :) This is the front of my bookmark  I used as well a great sentiment from  Create with TLC .  I did some stamping with a little rubber stamp that I have.  I added some eyelets from Eyelet outlet.  the stenciling was done using a  Stamploration stencil  I really love using those in my mix media.
