Tilda with Tulips

Here's my last card for the day and actually until Tuesday night... since tomorrow is book club night.  This card fits multiple challenges.  And it's made with a great little Tilda stamp.  I really {heart} Magnolia stamps!  They are fantastic to color. There's a great trigger at Moxy Fab world.  Of course I wanted to play along.  And I have just gotten at Winners a great little Martha Stewart Punch for little birds that comes with the matching stamps!  And it was only 4.99$!!!  What a great find.  Here's my little creation with it. The trigger is this: I just realized while putting up the picture that I did my birds the opposite way... oh well lol that's what was coming up... I'm entering this in the following challenges: Moxie fab world  - trigger Catered crop  - Kraft paper I'm coming right back with my last posting. Vicky xo

I picked this for you bear from Spyders corner

Image
I found a great artist a few days ago.  She has a blog with the type of name that I would not have gone to... I just HATE spiders!  With a passion!!!!  But this  Spyder-spyderscorner  is not at all what I would expect.  Instead I discovered a tremendously talented artist that gives Freebies away.  One of them is the great little bear that I used in this card.  I don't think he's still free but you can get him at a really low price at her store (find the label on my sidebar).  All kind of great things in that store! I hope that Lyn likes my take on her creation!  To make this card I used some scraps of papers, some pearls from a Dollar store, a button for the center of the flower, my creative memory circle cutter for the 3 circles in the center.  And this great sketch: I'm entering this one in the following challenges: Card pattern  - Sketch Joanna sheen challenge  - For someone special Crazy 4 challenges ...

Simple little card

Image
As challenges take place, I'm creating a stack of cards that I will be able to give away as gifts (if no one takes them before hand lol).  This is one of those little cards for all occasions. I used one of my little owls from Greeting Farms that I got as a candy from Stamp and Create ;)  I just looove that set.  As you can see in previous posts I use it a lot!  I used this sketch to make it: I'm entering this card in the following challenges: Mojo monday  - Sketch Splendid stamping  - Classic pattern (there's strips and polka dots) Crafty ribbons challenge  - Things with wings and ribbon Paper play challenges  - Things with wings Totally papercrafts  - Things with wings Top tip tuesday  - dotty or spotty Now I'm pretty sure that I can still make one more before the end of the weekend ;) Vicky xo

Lil French Lolita Lilith

I think I made the card that I like the most so far.  I had won some time back the new digi Lil Lolita images from Tickled Pink.  They are sooo cute.  And I was waiting for the right card to use them.  I found a challenge that was asking for just this.  I'm really really really happy with the result if I may say so myself. When the cute little digi's came on I had seen on one of the DT's work that they had used playing cards.  I thought that was an amazing idea.  With 4 kids there's always some cards that end up missing in sets... and I toss them away.  What a great way to re-use them!   And to top it off, I had discovered last week while going to a Zellers (which is being turned into Target soon) a pack of charms for 1$.  One of them was a little playing card.  I told myself that I would not be using that for awhile... couldn't figure out what to use it for.  Well this was the PERFECT opportunity!!!!  I used this s...

Last little card for the night

Image
I managed to make a last little card for the night.  I was still in the reuse what you have mode... so I used a bunch of the scrap paper that I had and I created a card that would fit the sketch that I had not yet completed. To make this card I used like I mentioned scraps of papers and ribbon and a little hedgehog stamp from Penny Black.   I made it using this sketch:   I'm entering it in the following challenges: Especially made  - Sketch Crafty catz weekly challenge  - Animal (my little Penny black hedgehog fits right in ;) ) Penny black at all sorts  - oh so cute (my 3rd entry) Fab n funky challenges  - on all four ;) well mine is running... but i'm sure it still counts lol I'm really happy with my day.  It was a busy one with the cleaning, laundry, driving my daughter to volunteer work and back but I still managed to do a lot of projects.  So it was good ;) See you tomorrow.
