Lil French Lolita Lilith

I think I made the card that I like the most so far.  I had won some time back the new digi Lil Lolita images from Tickled Pink.  They are sooo cute.  And I was waiting for the right card to use them.  I found a challenge that was asking for just this.  I'm really really really happy with the result if I may say so myself.
When the cute little digi's came on I had seen on one of the DT's work that they had used playing cards.  I thought that was an amazing idea.  With 4 kids there's always some cards that end up missing in sets... and I toss them away.  What a great way to re-use them!

And to top it off, I had discovered last week while going to a Zellers (which is being turned into Target soon) a pack of charms for 1$.  One of them was a little playing card.  I told myself that I would not be using that for awhile... couldn't figure out what to use it for.  Well this was the PERFECT opportunity!!!!

I used this sketch to make it:

I'm entering it in the following challenges:

  1. Paper sundaes - Anything goes
  2. Sunday sketch and stamp - sketch
  3. Reasonable ribbon - black, white + one accent color (red in my case) + ribbon (I have the cute little black flower ribbon)
  4. Daring card makers - Hats (she has a cute little beret)
  5. Top tip tuesday - spotty or dotty (it's the spotty paper ;) )
  6. Divas by design challenge - charmed I'm sure (I have my cute little card charm)  this is my 2nd entry
  7. Craft your days away - Metal (the charm)
  8. The sisterhood of crafters - reuse in this case the playing cards
  9. Scrapbook sisters - Anything goes
  10. Sassy cheryls challenge - anything goes
I'm now off to craft at least one more before the end of the weekend ;)
