Show your digi Love - April challenge

Image
I'm here today with 2 makes for the Show your digi love !  I couldn't resist making a few :)  I figured I would get a Christmas make at the same time. This month we want you to celebrate SBS, Slinky Tart and Paper Shelter Here's my 1st make using  Zombie Babe Betty  from Simply Betty.  I thought she would be perfect in my altered children book about coffee! On this I used some acrylic paint.  I added some great washi tape that my wonderful friend Erin gave me!  I did some stenciling with my Dylusions skulls small.  I used my ice chai gelato on the sentiment.  I also added some book text that I had used to empty my brush with.  I love the look that it gives to the paper afterwards.  I used my big white pitt pen afterwards.  The sentiment that I used with this comes from  Create with TLC . Here's a closer look at the great digi colored with my copics( E41,E42, E43,E55, BV13,BV08,BV02,BV01,BV000,BV0000, R22, W9,W7,W5 and my C8) And a closer look at

Rosey Hearts Midway Challenge reminder - Things with wings

Image
Hello everyone!  I'm here to share with you my midway post for the Rosey Hearts Challenge ! It's a super easy one it's things with wings! I have made a few little aprons and I had one that was left over.  My youngest son was super excited to be able to get it :)  So I made this on specially for him with his name and such using a super cute little image from Rosey Hearts called Dragon . I figured this would be different from the usual stuff and it's something with wings right?!? :) Here's my son wearing the apron (I don't like to share pictures of my kids online so his face is missing lol) I colored up the image using my copics.  Then I scan it and printed it on a transfer sheet so very fast and super easy!

And of course it's a great way to get messy!!! For this journal I used the great image from Rosey Hearts called Vivian .  I really love that image it totally reminded me of my daughter and well the teenage attitude that goes with her lol And i
