Hello everyone!  I hope you like this new make that I did for Julia Spiri.  She has some totally fabulous new digis out and I got to play with the great  Pineapple girl .  I decided to make a little journaling for this taht would show how much I'm longing to go on vacation :)  It's getting darker out here and it would be totally fab to be in a hot country with lots of sun right now!!! Hello everyone!  I'm back and this time I'm here to share with you a little Christmas card that I did using a little image that I won from the Bestie's challenge that I had won.  I thought it was a great way to use a little sentiment that I had gotten from  Create with TLC  part of the November club.

Hello!!!!  I've been creating a LOT today!!!  And I decided to finish off the day by doing some stuff just BECAUSE I could and I wanted too!!! I use index cards to use the left over paints and I used some yummy yummy Dylusions paints on a project today that I cannot share with you yet.... but I had some left over.  And that's how this little make got started. It's getting darker sooner.... and I wanted to use lots of colors for my make because that's happy and I wanted happy as I was with my creating!  The image that I used is from Lacy Sunshine and it's called Maddie Hobo Clown.  I don't think I have ever in my life used so many colors on one single digi lol and she was tiny.... I had printed her small....  but she was perfect for this little index card and I hope you will think so too. I used some of my melted pony beads for this make as well as some washi tape (I don't use it enough)!!!!  The sentiment is from Dylusions - Laugh 'til you leak.

It's time for a brand new challenge over at  Scribbles Designs challenge  and this time it's about non traditional colors. I just love love love using some blue colors for my makes and that is what I did here.  I used the fab  Snowflake mason jar .

Hello!!!!  It's time for the midway post over at  Sparkle and Glitter  and for this post I went all steampunky for you :)  I had sooooo much fun doing this it's totally the type of make that I love to do.  Anything mixed media and messy is getting my like these days. I used the fabulous image  Jason's owl  for this.  And I made a little video of my process if you are interested! You can also purchase this little make in my etsy store here . WOW time is going by WAY too fast!!!  I'm not getting 1/2 of what I want to do done..... man.... and 1st thing you know Christmas will be here.... Anyway it's time for a new challenge over at  The East Wind  and this time around it's about layers.  I thought it was the perfect time to use the fab image  Bunnyholics  she's wearing loooots of layers.  And I knew that this would be the greatest image of all to send to a special person :)

So for my little make I had fun doing a journal page.  I haven't made those in a little while here.  Even though I think it's not what people like because I've lost 3 followers in the past week..... that makes me so very sad.... Anyway it's about having fun right??! and that's what I have when I make some mixed media art!  I also like doing cards and may do more since I got the new job and they are more an English group so might appreciate those cards more.... we will see. I digress.... lol here's my make for this midway point using the fab image 74 .

Hello everyone!  It's Thursday!  YAY getting closer to the weekend and the time that I can craft again.  Miss crafting lol.  But love the job so that's all good. I'm here today to share with you a little make that I did for SLS Lines challenge .  This time around it's about Fall colors.  And I decided to use a non typical fall image!  I used a great little kitty that I thought would be great fun.  You can find Hipster Cat here . I've been making lots of mixed media pieces recently and when I do I usually have some left over paints.  Those get put on some index cards like this one and make some fab backgrounds for future projects.  I have to say I've been watching lots of videos and learning that along lol. For this one I used my sharpie to make the little border. The sentiment is from  Create with TLC  and was edged with some Vintage photo distress ink. I colored this little guy with my copics and did him a bit like my tabby cat :)  So some white spots

Well it's November already... can't believe it.  But it is what it is and with that comes the new theme for the month of November over at Art by Mi Ran  which is warm colors.  This was just perfect for my mixed media because I just adore warm colors.  And I also looooooove anything that has to do with fantasy so guess what I chose as an image to work with?!? :)  A Fairy the gorgeous  Flutterby . I made another  little video to share with you my process! The base for this make is a piece of pine that I have painted.  You can purchase this little piece here    

It's Monday!!!!  And it's time for me to share with you some great little Wimsy notes that you can find in the My Whimsical little world here .  For this one I decided to use some of the great card backings that I have had FOREVER in my stash. I did some embossing with my Sizzix embossing folder.  I added a bunch of sequins to this.  I just love how this turned out! I really adore using digis and for my make over at Karleigh Sue digis  I decided to use one of them in a little mixed media piece to make to my dad.  He really really loves owls so I decided to use the great  Adrianna's owl . OMG how cuuuuuuuute are the new release images over at  Julia Spiri ?!?  I just looooove her images and I was super excited to play with the great image  The bunny and cake . It was also just PERFECT because it's my stepmom's b-day coming up in about a week and she ADORES bunnies!  So this card is going to her :)  shhhhhh Aline.... wooop woop I have finally finished my last season for my calendars that I was making to put in my Etsy store. So I get to share with you my latest video of that series as well as one little calendar the month of August that I made using a great little image from Julia Spiri called Rose !!! and here's a closer look at Rose.  She was colored with my copics.  The calendar comes from here . Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at  Delicious Doodles Challenge .  The challenge was chosen by me this time!!!!  And I wanted to see some teeth!!!!!  There's so many fabulous images from Delicious doodles that show teeth that it seemed perfect for this!!!! The image that I used for my make is the fab    Cheshire Cat .  Love that image and I was looking forward to doing something with it!  I had cut out a book some time ago that had some comments on how cats are crazy and just psychocats lol so I used that  to make my little journaling.

OH it's already November!!!!  And that means that it's time for a new challenge for The East wind .  And this time around it's about Mustache!!!!! So for this great freebie I used a little index card to make this.  I also used a little clock embellishment that I got as a gift.  And I loved it so much that I made a bunch and you can find those in my etsy store here . I thought it was perfect for a day were we turn back time here!!! I stamped the sentiment on an old book page with some letter stamps that I purchased.  I used my sharpies on the edge of the sentiments.  The image was colored with my copics. Wow where did the month of October go?!?  It's already over and it's just way too fast for me! It's my turn to host the showcase post over at Art by Mi Ran  and I decided to make another little tag to follow the theme of the month. Here's the image that I worked with   Love in a cup .  I really love my coffee so it was a fab image for me to use! This time I made a little video to share with you my process! I did a mix of all sorts of papers and layering on this one but I like the result a lot!

Hello everyone!  OH my world.... the weekend goes by soooooo fast it's crazy.  I hardly did anything.... oh well. The good news is that I played with my paint and created a little mixed media piece using a Sherri Baldy image that I won over at Scrapbook Stamp society.  I was pretty excited about my win!!! Hello everyone!  Super excited and tired here.... lol started the new job and I totally love it!  But man I'm tired with learning and cramming in so much in my little pea brain! I'm here to share with you a new video that I have made with my latest calendar series.  This time it's the winter months!  So December, January and February.  I used the backgrounds that I had made using the JB5 series. Here's my video and here are the individual calendars The papers are all left overs from my scrap piles.  The calendars can be found here . Hello everyone!  It's Monday and this time it's a special one!!!  I start my new job!!!  woooop wooop nervous but very excited at the same time.  It seems that they have quite a week planned for me.... lol hope that I can keep up! But you are not here for this you are here for the new release over at  My Whimsical little world  and there's 2 great images being released today!  One is a little cat on a pumpkin and the other is a little Frankencat ;) Here's my 1st one put on a little ATC.  The background is done with a gelli plate.  I used some washi  and the bling is from my stash.  The image was colored with my copics.  I fussy cut it out and did a background in black for it.  The great sentiment is from  Create with TLC And here's the second make that I did this time with the little Frankencat. I used some stenciling on this make and I also used some left over piece of plastic that I had used to stencil something.  I added some washi tape as well.  I spr

As Halloween approaches we are all gearing up for some zombie fun aren't we?!?  And of course SLS has some of the greatest and funnest zombies!  For my inspiration make I chose to use some cute zombies... yes I did say CUTE they were people too at one point right?!?  And well some transform cuter than others :P  the set that I used is  Zombie set cute . I used 2 of them zombie number 2 and number 5 to make this little card.

Well we all need some spice in our lives :)  And if you are lucky you got the great freebie that My whimsical little world offered in her FB group . If you didn't.... well you totally need to join in not to miss the next whimsy notes that she creates! I made a little fall postcard with this image. The image was colored with my copics.  I then stained it with some real coffee that I had in a spray bottle!    I added some washi tape and the back is some leftover piece of paper. Here's the front of the postcard Yeah.... I reuse EVERYTHING! OK got to start this post by saying that I'm totally EXCITED and overjoyed!!!!  I got a new job :)  YUP and it's funny because it's at the company that got me started in my career of a manufacturing accountant!!!!  So wouldn't it be cool that I started my career there and that I would end it there?!? :) Anyway just had TO SHARE!!!! For my post today I used a great fall digi from Karleigh Sue called Pumpkin Spice Latte .

It's time for my last post of the day! And this time around it's for  Scribbles Designs  and it's about Shaped item.... so nothing rectangle or square! When I made my item I was doing my little altered playing cards so I used this challenge to make one for my little book that is now in it's new home :)  The image that I used for this is  Gumball mason jar  but I altered it to be some marbles :) I used my coloring pencils to color this image.  I added some eyelets in the playing card and used a Martha Stewart border punch to make this. The sentiment that I used with this image is from  Create with TLC . I'm entering this little Altered playing card in the following challenges: Allsorts challenge  - No Designer paper Picture and scrap  - Use stamps - I used some on the background from Unity Crafty time challenges  - Shaped cards That's it for me for today!!!!  Wish me luck going to have a medical test and if all is good I start my new job on MOND

Hello!  It's time for the reminder for the progressive challenge  Sparkle and glitter  where this time around we are using the great image  Alice . I also used with that image the set  Wonderland elements 2 .  I thought it was the perfect set to go with my journaling.

Oh it's a scary time over at  The East Wind , it's time for an Halloween challenge!!!!!  There are so many fabulous image in the store that I hope you will join us using a great TEW image. The one that I used is Halloween witch with black kitty .  And I made a little postcard with it!  I thought this year instead of sending the typical Halloween cards that I would send some postcards to some :) I used some washi tape on this as well.  The image was colored with my copics.  The sentiment is from  Create with TLC .  I just tore it out, I like doing that instead of using a die sometimes! OMG where is the month of October going?!?  This is very stressful because I feel that 1st thing I will know I will have been without a job for a long time.... and I want to find one.... just need the right one. Anyway I'm here to remind you of the great challenge that is going on over at the FB group of Oddball .  All you have to do is use one of the images to enter! Here's what I made with the great image 170 .  I did a journaling of course and used a background that I had made in a local craftstore class over at Scrapbook centrale (yup you are supposed to do just a couple but I ended up with loooooots done which is great for right now and it's a lot easier to just play with the digi when you have something on the back already done).

Well I am happy to report that I like this month theme for the showcase for Art by Mi Ran  a WHOLE lot better lol.  It's all about tags and those I can manage.  Of course, seriously you can manage pretty much everything with Art of Mi Ran images but I still like making those a whole lot more than box cards.... Here's the image that I worked with   Sassy Sandra .  I'm not quite sure yet what I will be using her for but I knew that I wanted her to be kinda vintage. And I'm quite happy with the result.  I really went Shabby chic with this one.

I finally KICKED my butt and got some of my calendars from the JB5 process where I had done 24 backings finished (well the front part anyway).  And I made a video out of it to share with you.  This time however it's not a fast forward one.... it's one where I actually speak throughout.... So LONG (warning you in advance). Pretty happy 6 done 18 more to go?!? YIKES when will that be done .....anyway.... If I want to have a chance to put the calendars in my Etsy store I need to get going.... plus it's something to keep me busy and hopefully feeling worthy of SOMETHING....
