I have some birthdays coming up and I really needed to get going on making some cards.  I have been slacking in that respect recently. There's a totally fabulous sale over at Sandra Caldwell's Etsy store and it's up until the 3rd of April.  There are tons of images for 1.5$ instead of 3$.  Such a great great deal!!!! For this card I'm using the Rosie Chick image.  And I wasn't sure what to do for this card so I went and checked out Wednesday Sketch over at Outlawz and as usual they had a great sketch which ended up being the base for my make. Here is my card The paper that I used for this is from Kaisercraft - Confetti.  I added a little ribbon, a flower from prima.  The image was cut using the grand nestabilities oval dies.  I used a great sentiment that my friend Lisa from Decosse dynamite Doodles .  The image was colored with my copics. Hey everyone!!!  There's a brand new release of images today by Sandra Caldwell.  You can find them in the store here .  And while you are there, check out the fabulous sale that she has going on until April 3rd!  Lots of digis are 1/2 price!!!!  Yes they are only 1.5$. The digi that I'm using today is called 1470 I Hear Ya. It really reminded me of one of my sons so I had to use it to prepare his b-day card. His b-day is coming up in the month of April. I have so many papers in my stash that I'm not sure anymore which sets this comes from.  I added some buttons also from my stash.  The image was colored with copics and then fussy cut out.  The sentiment was found online and I thought it was perfect for him.  He likes to be philosophical. Solitary confinement - Oddball

Image
Hello!  Hope you have a wonderful Saturday.  I'm here today to share with you a make that I did for Oddball.  My last make as a dt.  I loved my time and I think it's time for me to step down. I really wanted to make a piece that was representative of me as of the moment.  I really do need that alone time to craft and do some art.  Recently one of my kids (as they were all going to the movie theatre) mentioned how I would miss them and would be lonely.  He is right I would be if it was for a very long period of time... but I'm finding that more and more I do need that time alone with myself to just play.  So no I wasn't going to miss them for 2.5 hours lol.  Actually I thought they came back way too fast! For this last make I'm using the wonderful image 363 .  He was just perfect for the little out of the box journaling that I wanted to do.  You can watch me on the video here. And here is my little journaling make I found the wording in a magazine and just
