31 days of Halloween - Day 4 - Airless Chamber make

It's that time again for Airless Chaimbers Crew to join in the creepiest bloghop of the year, the 31 Days of Halloween, organized by Smeared Ink. The AC crew will be using Rick's awesome Halloween digi and / or rubber collection. You can find the digi at his Etsy or Zibbet shop. Rubber only at I Brake For Stamps

Blogroll is in the side bar. Enjoy the hop, if you dare.

Today it's my turn to host on the Airless Chamber!  And I'm super excited to participate even slightly to this 31 days of Halloween!  Doing the 31 days is a bit too much for me but I still love to participate because I really do have to admit that Halloween is one of my FAVORITE Holidays!!!  Yup love everything about it!

So here's my little make for you.

I made this little index card using on of the wonderful image from Simply Halloween digi sheet.  There's so many images on that sheet some little scarier.... like this little spider lol well scary for me since I HATE spiders!  I did the background with my gelli plate and edged all around it with some distress ink.  The spider was put on a little wobble and you can see it move here:

That's all from me for today - do check out the Blogroll on our sidebar for everyone taking part in the Bloghop.

BTW did you know Rick has made some awesome colouring books for adults. See the Dia de los Muertos book below. All details about Rick's coloring books here.

Delicious Doodles - Halloween in non traditional colors

Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at Delicious doodles and this time it's Halloween in non traditional colors.

For my make I decided to make a little ATC using the fab Halloweenie Ghostie I really love that little image.

I did some doodling around the side.   I colored with my copics and some gel pens.  I used my Quickutz oval die to cut the sentiment which comes from Create with TLC.  The ATC was cut using my Cameo Silhouette.

I'm entering this little ATC in the following challenges:
  1. Simon says stamp blog - Anything goes
  2. Whimsy inspires - anything goes or Halloween - doing Halloween
  3. Cuttlebug mania - No squares - it's an ATC and I used my Quickutz oval for the sentiment
That's it for this post.... there's still more to come today so hope you will be back.

The East Wind - Freebie challenge - texture

Hello!  Wow where is the time going?!? It's already October 1st!  And this means it's time for a new freebie over at The East Wind and this time it's Dragon's tear so cuuuuuuute!

I decided to make a little index card with this.  And I used my favorite TEXTURE of all at the moment which is corrugated cardbox.

The background was doing with some left over paints on this.  I really love using the left overs on some index cards because it means that I have some backgrounds all ready for projects like this.  The sentiment is from a stamp and I put it on some old text book paper.  The digi was colored with my copics and I added some stickles to his great wings.

I'm entering this little index card in the following challenges:

  1. Crafty gals corner challenges - Mythical creatures/Things with wings
  2. Modsquad challenge - Anything with wings
  3. Get creative challenges - Fantasy
  4. Left of center challenges - Rip it up - I ripped up the cardboard.
That's it for me for this post but there's still much more for today so hope you will be here for the rest of today.
