Fresh Brewed Candy reminder and little Easter inspiration

I also made a little inspiration for Easter using one of my all time favorite image!  It's Peek a boo chick.  Since I already had a lot of cards, I decided to make a little tag instead!  I didn't make many before but I'm having so much fun now making them...

The paper for this card is all left overs!  I used my scallop and large circles from Spellbinder.  I used my MS punch to make the corners.  I also added some bling from my stash.  And of course I added some ribbons.
Here's a closer look at the fabulous digi that I colored with my copics.  I added a sky made using my salty ocean distress ink.

    This is SO CUTE!!! I love the light coloring on the eggshell and the beautiful sky! This is one of my favorite chicks ... how could you not smile looking at him / her peeking out of the shell. Beautiful work as always.

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
