April's Rain - Art by Mi Ran

Good morning, it's to host the Artbymiran Blog and today I would like to share a special creation that I made using April's Rain.

Our theme for the month is Spring I thought she was just perfect for Spring time!  She reminded me of my kids when they were younger and they just couldn't help but jump into the puddles... even if they had their running shoes...lol


I had the perfect paper for this card from Authentique - Season's spring.  I  used a ribbon and a charm from my stash and added some flowers in the corner.

Here's a closer look at the great digi that I colored with my copics, I put crushed olive distress ink around the edge of the image and the sentiment.  And I added some glossy accent to the waterdrop to make them feel more real!  I used a great sentiment from Create with TLC

    I just love love this image and how you colored it and the whole design. Love the way to accented with your ribbon and charm too! Jumping into puddles is not just for kids - sometimes I get the urge BUT I want her boots first! LOL Hugs

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful! WOW I'm speechless (well almost) lol!  Can't believe I have reached 300 followers.  I seem to be thanking you all the time but I think you really deserve HUGE thank you!!!!
