Recycling and having fun
Hi everyone! I hope that you are having a fabulous NEW YEAR's EVE. I spent today having fun and just playing and using some recycling.
I have been watching lots of videos on Youtube and wanting to play with new techniques and finally got around to it during the holidays. I have put some paint on newspapers that I got from my friend Monique Van Dijk to wrap the fab canvas that I purchased from her.
I also recycled a bunch of toilet paper rolls :) Yup it's a great use for all those little rolls!!! And with a family of 6 I can honestly say that we go through LOTS.
You can find the video of the flip through on my Youtube channel here. And you can purchase my little album in my etsy store here
I have used a lot of digi images that I had from Sassy Cheryl. I went with a theme of flowers because the title of the book is Life in full bloom. The sentiments on top of the pages are from Create with TLC. The ones that are on the tags are stamps from Dylusions.
Here are the look of the album
And here are the tags that are inside All the images are colored with my copics. All the tags have been done with index or playing cards that are painted with left over paints. The tag shape is done with Elisabeth craft dies.
And the back of all the tags is journal space.
