Hello everyone!  How was your day?!?  Me it was dragging my butt from the couch to my chair to try to do some cards to back to couch.... man I'm soooo looking forward to this virus leaving... and now that hubby is sick too you should see us both with the kids lol Ok so I'm here to share with you a little faster card that I was able to make since it was using a topper from a CD.  No coloring involved!  And I'm sooooo happy that I'm finally using my cd's more!  This one is from Jem's Designs   she's having a big sale right now... and that meant more spending from me... noooooo... oh well it's some pretty fabulous stuff.  So I'm using the great Free spirit cd which I no longer see on her site.  I purchased that one because my daughter just ADORES horses!!  And now I discovered that they can make some pretty fun masculine cards! So how was you day folks?!?  Me it was spent at the clinic and then at the hospital when the dr decided that he preferred someone else make the diagnostic... So 8 hours waiting and coughing... To be told that it's a virus and that it might take another 3 to 6 wks to feel better... it's been already 3!  I think I'll lose the rest of my marbles if I don't start feeling better soon!!! Anyway... I'm here to share with you a little post before going to bed.  I have taken some pills and I'm waiting for their effect so in the meantime I figured I should share this with you before the challenges that I was entering closes. And while you are there... there's a DT call going on!!!  So check it out!!! So for my make I used the great digi Fairy Day Dream  from Scrapper's Delight.  I totally adore those digis!!! I used it to make my mom's B-day card!  She loves all things to do with nature... and this little fairy is just hte right thing right?!?  I figured that this fits for this challenge because a birthday is a new start of a new year right?!?  So that would qualify!!!

Ok last post for the night... well actually it's morning right... and in that case there's another one coming lol Anyway... I had the great freebie from  Just some lines blog  all printed out and just waiting to be used!  So that's what I did today!  Their challenge right now is 3 or more different embellishments.  I used the 3! The little freebie is called Little girl with Big hat and I thought it was a great image to make a little b-day card.  I'm needing some right now to great a box to send to my Grandma for Christmas.  There's not much that I can give her and that she would need since she's 95... but she's always needing cards so that's a good gift.

Hello!  It's Sunday morning.  I'm blogging a bit before going to craft.  It's a rainy morning so just perfect with a cup of coffee, a little fire going on in the fireplace as well. So I'm here to share with you a little card that I made for the doodle pantry challenge.  Just love getting the possibility of a brand new set of images for free just as a thank you for participating.  And I had some need for some masculine birthday cards.  So I figured this was the perfect opportunity for this. This is not the 1st time that I used the Wagon wheel colored but this is another version of it.

Good evening everyone!  Hope you had a great Monday. Mine was just... well a Monday lol.  Nothing special, or horrible but nothing super exciting either... except that I was a top 5 at Love to create yay ;o) In order to feel a bit more alive after such a blah day I crafted a little card with a freebie I had gotten from  Sami Stamp  I didn't have time to play in their last challenge and really didn't  want to miss out this time.  I also got this month's freebie.  I might use her on a later card.  But tonight I was in a bird type of mood.  Ready to fly away lol.  And also in a kind of fall mood... it was fairly frisky today.  I think this next weekend I will have to put my summer clothes away :(  So sad... Not ready for fall... don't misunderstand me I really love fall but I think our summers are way too short here.  Especially since it wasn't a really warm one either. Anyway back to my card ;o)

I'm sorry if I have not been around... I have had some computer issues while at camping... and well after spending 2 nights since I'm back trying to fix the issues and not finding the fix, I finally reloaded windows... and now have to replace everything.  So doing this post from another computer and so very tired... lol we really take our computers for granted but when they crash it's not good... Anyway, it's time for a new challenge over at Dutch Dare Card Challenge .  And this time our challenge for you is to create a card for a child. Hello everyone!!!  It's been forever since I last did my DT card for OSAAT !!!  I have become a monthly DT.  I had to cut on some of my DT work and I had the good luck of being able to become a monthly DT instead of leaving the team!!! So the great challenge this time is to do folds for the cards. I'm really happy because I really love working with these great images.  And this time for my card I used the great image Nayantara from my Heart Pieces.  Here's the look of the card closed.

Hello everyone!  Hope you had a wonderful day!!!  I was pretty busy because I was having some company over to celebrate my oldest son Andrew's B-day!  I feel like I've been so busy of late.... I'm always running and rushing around... and I've neglected my blogging friends... sorry if I haven't visited as much.  The job is keeping me really busy and of course my 4 kids with b-days in the spring as well as other activities... well you get the idea! So tonight when my visitors where gone and the dishes were washing in the dishwasher and the clothes were in the washing machine... I decided to play with some of the wonderful freebies that I have for progressive challenges before I miss the boat!!!
