Dutch Dare card challenge # 228
I'm sorry if I have not been around... I have had some computer issues while at camping... and well after spending 2 nights since I'm back trying to fix the issues and not finding the fix, I finally reloaded windows... and now have to replace everything. So doing this post from another computer and so very tired... lol we really take our computers for granted but when they crash it's not good...
Anyway, it's time for a new challenge over at Dutch Dare Card Challenge. And this time our challenge for you is to create a card for a child.

For my card I used the great image Birthay monkey cake. Nothing says kid to me like a Monkey lol.
The paper for this card is from my stash. It was all leftovers!!! YAY for me! I used my Label 22, scallop and large circles.
I colored the monkey with my copics. I added some liquid appliqué to the frosting so that it really looks like frosting! The sentiment is from Create with TLC.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
- Whimsical designs - Going buggy or with animal (my case an animal)
- Ladybugs craft sink challenge - Birthday greetings
- Artistic inspirations challenges - Celebrations
- Get inky challenge - Christmas in July or birthdays - Went with birthday
- Incy wincy designs - Birthdays and balloons
This is my 1st post of the day. I still have 2 more to come up! So I really hope you will be coming back for them.
Hugs

Oh no! I totally feel your pain sista! Good luck with getting yourself back up and running, it's what now, at least a month and a half since the crash and I still don't have everything back up and running yet. I hope your journey is a quicker one than mine. As far as your card goes it is just delightful! Love that I keep seeing that paper over again too.
