Step aside Barbie
Now did I intrigue you with the title of this blog post?!? That was done on purpose lol. I have been wanting to play with the wonderful freebie offered by Sassy Studio over on Crafting Planet for the progressive challenge. And this time the image is the very sexy Steampunk Amelia. I thought this really went perfectly with a sentiment that I had from Create with TLC.
I really really went all out for this card. The paper is from Steampunk Botanica by Recollections. I used my Tim Holtz dies for the border and the gears and then used some Heidi swapp bronzer spray on the cardboard. I added a ribbon and some charm (key and clock) from my stash. The digi and sentiment were cut using my Curved rectangles from Spellbinders. I also added some prima bolts. The card is really really really heavy... so not sure how this will be sent lol
Here's a closer look at the digi colored with my copics and the wonderful sentiment from Create with TLC to which I added some vintage photo distress ink.
I'm really happy with my result ;o) Hope you like it as well.
