Power of a hissy fit...
I hope I have you intrigued with this title ;o) It was a great sentiment from Create with TLC and it was just perfect for the darker image that I used to play in this month's progressive challenge over at Simply Betty.
This time they were really cruel... they made us choose between 2 great digis... one good and one bad. So of course... I just HAD to play with the bad version. And as you have read I had the perfect sentiment that was just waiting for the right image.
So here's my creation with Spika the bad mermaid.
I really let myself have fun with her. I don't usually color hair in non traditional colors but this was so much fun. I colored her up while on vacation and put her on the card this past weekend. I used some purple and black colors with just a touch of teal. I used my large and small squares from Spellbinder. I added a purple ribbon and a little teal skull button that I've had for a long time. This was the perfect time to use it. My paper is from The rockstar Stack from DCWV - loving all the skulls.
Here's a closer look at the great digi colored with my copics. And the awesome sentiment from Create with TLC. Yup I bet she can pull out those terrific hissy fit ;o)
