Wooop wooop Karleigh Sue is ONE year old!!!!  HOW fab!!!  Can't believe I started with this team a year ago already!!!  I've had so much fun!  And it's also Cheri's b-day!!!!  So HAPPY b-day Cheri!!!!!  Hope you enjoy your day lots and lots :) Anyway you should be coming from the blog of the fabulous  Jane   and if you are not you should start back at the top at  Inspiration Blog  because you don't want to miss out on stuff!!!! My card is a special one for me :)  It's one that I made for a magazine publication.... but then the magazine closed....:( So it never saw the light of day until TODAY.  Good thing that I do take pictures of my work!!!! Hey hope you guys are all doing good!  I'm here to share with you a little inspiration from me for the  latest sexy challenge . I have shared how I did my journaling using a technique called journaling by 5s so you have 5 steps for doing it and 15 minutes on each step.  It's something fun especially if you are scared of journaling! I have to admit that after doing those step this page was pretty much finished.  I just added a few touch in the free play.  This page using  Genie  turned out to be one of my very favorites. On the left hand side I just explained the process that I did on the right side which is the one that I worked on while doing the JB5 On the left page I used some left over papers and some project life cards.  I also used some stamps from  Stamplorations  they are quite fun to use and not expensive.   On the main page I used lots of magazine cut out.  The back ground was done using some acrylic paints and I added some stamps from Unity stamps.  I

Well my last post of the day is a sexy one for the new  Karleigh Sue Sexy challenge  and this time it's anything goes with a sexy risque image. I just HAD to play with the gorgeous Biker Bomb .  And I have to admit that my hubby liked this journaling.... hmmmm wonder why lol I did this while camping as well hence the outdoor picture :)

This is my last post of the day I promise :)  And this time it's for the great Karleigh Sue Challenge where this time the challenge is Anything goes. I figured I could have fun with the great  Raven .  She comes with or without piercings.  I used the one with the piercings because it was better for me. Here's my make :)  And of course it's journaling.  And YES I was thinking of all my teenagers at home when I made this.

Ohhhhhh it's hot hot hot over at the new  sexy challenge .  And what better way to share with you how hot it is but with this fabulous image  I'm so fancy I made again a journal page but this time around my background was made using a napkin which is something new to me. The digi was colored with my copics and I found a sentiment that I thought would be perfect for this.  It's if you can't be a poet be the poem.  I think that she totally would be the poem to many!!!!  I'm entering this little journal page in the following challenges: Sugar and betty  - Anything goes Ikes world challenge  - Anything but square Cardz 4 guyz  - No designer paper - I used a napkin that I tore and decoupage on... so it's not a designer paper :) That's it for me for now but I will be back with more! Hello!  This is my last post of the day I promise!  But this time it's an hot one!  Well it has to be because it's for the fab Sexy challenge of  Karleigh Sue  and the challenge is It's hot out here baby.  For my make I decided to use the fabulous image  Beauty I did a mixed media class about dylusion paints and sprays.  And while in that class I used my left over paints to create extra pages in my book ahead of time.  I had this one with the keyhole that was waiting for something in it.... All the inks were spread with baby wipes to clean out the stencils!!!!  Love love love that way to use the paint to the max. And when I saw this image I just thought it would be fun!  Can't get much sexier than this.

Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at  Karleigh Sue Challenge  and it comes at the same time as a great new release of image if you want more inspiration go and check it out here.  There will be all sorts of goodies there for you!!!! Ok so I couldn't just work with one image... I had to use them ALL!!!! bwhahahahahah and I decided to use them to make an altered children book for my little niece and nephew :)  they are 3 and I miss them lots but I haven't been good to see them much with the depression and stuff... so this is a way for me to say how I care. This is what I made for the cover using the super cute Santa's Helpers  the paper for the cover is from Beach by Paper house.  I used my sharpie to write the sentiment Here's the next page using  Sweet Stripes .  I used some borders from the dollar store and a die cut from Creative memories.  The papers is the last of a pack that I've had forever.  I used some duck tape as well. the

It's my turn to give you some inspiration for Karleigh Sue Sexy challenge our awesome Beach time Hotties challenge that you can find  here .   I used the great image  American Beach Babe . I loved making a bookmark for the 1st make of the challenge and did the same for this one!  And yes it allows me to use my new Fuse tool from We R Memory keepers.  But I really love that I was able to make this totally perfect for the 4th of July with some sequins and some twine. It's my turn to give you some inspiration for our awesome Hello Summer challenge  over at Karleigh sue challenge  that you can find  here .   I used the great image  Hot sunny day .   Every summer I use a smash book to record our camping memories.  In the past I just brought the smash book and decorated it while I was there.  This time around I'm getting ahead :)  It's more fun because I have more supplies here than at the campground lol I figured this image would be the perfect centerpiece for the cover!  And I sure hope that like her I can enjoy the hot weather!

Hello!  It's time for a brand new Karleigh Sue Sexy Challenge .  This time around it's about beach time hotties! And for this I used the fabulous  Beach Hottie .  And this time around I used my brand new fusing tool from We r memory Keepers!!!!  LOOOOOOVE that tool!  Used it to make my very own stencils and for this fabulous pool proof (waterproof) bookmark using just one of those regular little page covers. I used some of the great American colors for this and some sequins as well inside.  I used a bunch of twine from my stash.  I really love those fun bookmarks!!!!! Hello!  It's time for my last post and this time it's  Karleigh Sue Challenge  and it's Hello Summer! For my make this time I used the great image  Bikini Season  Yup it's that time of year when you wish you looked as good as you can for the bikini... I have to admit this year I don't really care lol Anyway here's my make with this great image.

I used this image for the inside of the special card/album that I had made for my Step mom.  She really loved it! The paper is from Hello Pastel by Prima.  I used a bunch of Crafty Individuals tags.  I used my Label 14 from Spellbinder.  I used Cracked pistachio distress ink all around. It's time for a new challenge over at  Karleigh Sue Challenge  and this time around it's about buttons!  Now it's very strange... I use buttons ALL the time!  And for some reason that I can't explain I had the hardest time ever for this make! Well I did some journaling again this time with the very sexy  Sexie Irie  I thought she was so fun and could be used for other times than for March Irish day.  So here's my little make with her.

Well it's time for me to remind you on Karleigh sue challenge  about our challenge over  here  were we are all about foolish thoughts! I chose to do something different for this post.  I made a little artwork that has been put in my daughter's bedroom it's using  The sea cant hold me mermaid . So here's my little canvas (the canvas was purchased at the dollar store and it's about 4x6 inch) it was my 1st time using some Brushos!!!!  Thank you Rachel for getting hooked on them lol

It's time for a new challenge over at  Karleigh sue challenge  and this time around it's with the option of using flowers.  Pretty easy when you consider that mother's day is just around the corner. Here's my make for my stepmom!  I thought she totally deserves a special recognition for Mother's day :)  This is a little card album and you can see how it's made in this fabulous video: I put inside it all kinds of little tags that we will be filling out with little words for her.

Hello!  It's time for a new SEXY challenge over at  Karleigh Sue Challenge  and for this one I played with the super sexy  Naughty Santa .  The challenge is Foolish Thoughts so that can be a lot of stuff... :) I decided to play and journal with her :)  I printed the image twice so that I could decoupage the hand section and play with it with an added sentiment hidden under the main list and you can see the little button and twine to lift it up.

It's my turn to give you some inspiration over at Karleigh Sue Challenge  for our awesome Anything but a card challenge that you can find  here .   I used the great image  Smell the flowers . I made something totally and I do mean TOTALLY out of my normal range... but then I have to say that this range as expended a lot recently lol Here's a little box that I filled with mini tiny post it!  I used this for a gift for a crafty friend of mine :)  I thought she would appreciate something handmade and just not all purchased! She's so classy but at the same time so sexy that I thought she would be great fun for this journal layout! Here's my sexy lacy version of her! And tell me you don't find her super sexy?!? I had so much fun coloring this great image with my copics. I decided to use some lacy tape.... and went all nuts with this.  You won't see my doodling much... this is one of the rare example and reason why I don't doodle... I usee my Quickutz nesting ovals.  The tickets were done with a Tim holtz die.  I also used another die for the sentiment that I had gotten at Joanna Sheen. Well today for the new Karleigh Sue Challenge we want you to go out of your comfort zone and make something other than a card! And hopefully use some of the great images from Karleigh Sue to do it :) I was really happy with this challenge because this is my new resolution this year!!!!  To make less cards and more of other stuff! For this 1st make I'm using the great  Rainy Days  and I did my very 1st mixed media canvas!!!!!  So fun!!!  It will not be my last that's for sure... kind of gotten the bug now! I decided to make something special for my great friend Erin who organized the let's perk up Vicky Group in FB :)  I thought it would be nice for her to have something made just for her from me!  And well it happens to be the 1st piece of it's kind as well!
