So for my little make I had fun doing a journal page.  I haven't made those in a little while here.  Even though I think it's not what people like because I've lost 3 followers in the past week..... that makes me so very sad.... Anyway it's about having fun right??! and that's what I have when I make some mixed media art!  I also like doing cards and may do more since I got the new job and they are more an English group so might appreciate those cards more.... we will see. I digress.... lol here's my make for this midway point using the fab image 74 .

Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at the FB group of  Oddball designs  and it's anything goes with Oddball images!!!  So go on play with us!!!!! For my make I used the great image 154 .  I decided to make a little gift for the girlfriend of my oldest son.  It was her b-day in October and she likes coffee a LOT.  So I thought this was totally perfect!!!! OMG where is the month of October going?!?  This is very stressful because I feel that 1st thing I will know I will have been without a job for a long time.... and I want to find one.... just need the right one. Anyway I'm here to remind you of the great challenge that is going on over at the FB group of Oddball .  All you have to do is use one of the images to enter! Here's what I made with the great image 170 .  I did a journaling of course and used a background that I had made in a local craftstore class over at Scrapbook centrale (yup you are supposed to do just a couple but I ended up with loooooots done which is great for right now and it's a lot easier to just play with the digi when you have something on the back already done).

It's time for the new challenge over at FB for Oddball .  And for this one I decided to make something for my daughter and I used the great  Image 155 For this I made the image super big so that I could put this on a frame that was 12 x 12.

Hello!  My computer is back!  OH OH OH BOY so very happy to be on my own little baby instead of using my hubby's.  It's just not the same using his....  He doesn't  have all my software... and I can't rearrange my stuff to find it easily. The good thing is that my digis are on a little SD card so I can have them always with me.... and I wasn't without them.... and I also knew that I would not be losing them if the harddrive had an issue... and YES it's one drive that I copy often because I really don't want to lose all those precious digis! Anyway I finally shared one of my last DT work for my little junk journal.  There's only one more share and I thought that with this share I could also release the video of the flip through of this special album.  It was great fun to make. And won't be the last. The only thing that I think I will do different is choose a different cover and do more signatures instead of such a big one because this one ended

Hello everyone!  It's time for my reminder to you that the challenge over at FB for Oddball is always Anything goes with an oddball image and let's be honest they are sooooo fab why wouldn't you want to use one?!? For this reminder I did some recycling!  YUP yup yup I'm all into recycling stuff recently!  Now if only I could use up my scrap papers more in the process.... hmmmm one step at a time I guess? Anyway I had purchased a set of calligraphy pen that came with a little booklet of empty pages to use to practice the calligraphy hand writing.  I really don't want to practice in this way.... I much prefer to practice by doing direct journaling.  I know, I know I should be practicing and it would look a lot better.... but I HATE practicing anything.... I want to play. I didn't want to throw away all that fab paper.... so I made a little sketch book for my daughter!  WAY!  and practice (yeah... well while playing) to use my cinch.  The cardstock that I us

I just looooooove the great  Oddball FB challenge  because you can make whatever you want so long as you use an Oddball image.  And how easy is that?!? This time around I used the image in my junk journal.   And there's a video coming soon for the showing of that entire album :)  By junk I really mean junk... I used only recycled little items like the real estate postcards that we get to advertise sale of houses as well as some paint brochures that you can get in hardware stores. I gessoed it all and then used my gelli plate to paint it. The image that I used from Oddball is  Image 234  I just think he's totally adorable.  I added some washi tape.  And the great sentiment is from  Create with TLC . I'm back!  And this time it's with lots of great journaling that really helped me get stuff off my chest.... I'm not feeling all that good and trying to put a brave front and do everything but it's being hard. And I'm pushing myself to hard and failing miserably.  So when I saw all the great new images from Oddball I just knew that it would make for some great therapy journaling!  And this time around I'm not sharing all I wrote.... some is not good for blogging.... Hello everyone!  It's time for the reminder about the challenge going on over at  Oddball stamps  in the FB group. For this reminder post I used the great  Image 177  for this journal layout!  I now have a favorite store which is a thrift store!  You can never know what you will find there!  And that day I found 2 yes 2 fabulous set of tarot cards!  And they were the spooky type of cards.... just perfect for me!  I was in HEAVEN.  I purchased them knowing that I would be able to use them soon.  And that's what I did with this journal layout. I had also some awesome burlap fabric from my friend Maureen from way way way back.... I could never find the proper use for it.  And now journaling well that item stays with me :)  So perfect. The tarot card that I used is the outsider and the artist.

I really love this one because it's lined and it's perfect when I want to write a bit more.  It's not as good for wet media... but that's ok because that's why you have lots of journals right?!? Well I'm back and this time with a bunch of different makes for  Oddball designs  and wow you will be amazed with this day's new one!!!! There's a whole lot of new makes!!!!  I did one ICAD and 2 journal pages with them.  This one is Image 225 that I used one of my ICAD that I made using my left over paint on my gelli plate.  I added some bling and a little sentiment from  Create with TLC  Here's my make with the great image 227.  In this case I used some mask that I made and some stencil using my new we r memory keepers fuse tool.  I used some pearl black liquid water spray that I made and my black alcool spray as well as my black and my yellow pan pastel.  I added some EK letters stickers.  I did a bunch of writing on with my white gel pen. and here's my last journal page. On this one I used the image 228.  I did the page at a class on Dylusions paints!  I used my white gel pen. I will enter those later in a challenge. Hugs

Hello!  So how has been your week so far?!?  I've had a pretty blah week but then hump day has been better.  I decided to push my bounderies and actually register to a class at Scrapbook central for a great class with Gisele Cabral that I totally ADORE.  With the depression it's been hard to get out of the house especially recently.... but it was a fun 3 hours and I learned to play with something new... will have to share the fab backgrounds with some later DT work.  Now I just have to chill because even though it was fun... it's used up a lot of my energy man... so fed up of this! But for now I'm here to share my reminder FB challenge post for Oddball.  It's such a great challenge where you can do ANYTHING with some Oddball design image!  So totally FUN!!!!!  For this make I'm doing another very real journal page.  This time around I'm using the fab image 171  I really love this fab image that comes with 2 totally different face expression! Hello!  It's Thursday and I have NOTHING planned today!  I will be resting and doing what the doctor, psychiatrist and psychologist tell me to do!  With the exception that the psychiatrist said I have to stop giving stress to my brain.... I need to let it rest... that means no stress.... if something stresses me out I'm not supposed to do it.  Just as if I was in a hospital.... man that is HARD for a Mom of 4 kids to just do NOTHING.... and not stress about that... lol  And that's what he said "I would tell you to relax but then you will stress about relaxing" bwahahahaha is he a mind reader?!?  Guess he did know what he was talking about.
