Fluttering by tonight :D

I hope you all had a wonderful Sunday!  I got to see my dad for lunch with the family.  It was great fun.  We don't see each other enough... we leave 2 hours apart... And well... life just gets in the way.  So having this opportunity was great fun!  I miss him lots!

Tonight I want to show you a card that I made using one of the wonderful creations made by Marion from When the scrap hits the fun.  She's such a talented artist!  She did a new set recently and if you haven't seen it you really really should go and check it out!

To make this card I used the Butterfly image not colored this time and one of the wonderful sentiments.  I used paper from My mind's eye - happier.  I used classic squares, standard circle, scallop circle and foliage dies from Spellbinder (yes I should really really own shares of the cie lol).   I added a little butterfly charm from my stash (BTW if you want to join in to the giveaway there's still time :D)  Only 18 entries... so the odds are really good!

Here's a closer look at the digi that I colored with my copics:

And a closer look at the sentiment also colored with copics:
And here's the flower that I made using some cupcakes holders from MS that I purchased at Walmart!  Really really happy with the result!  I added a little button to the center.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
  1. Deep ocean challenge - things with wings
  2. Inky impressions challenges - Anything goes
  3. Tuesday alchemy - Anything goes
  4. Digi doodle shops best - Handmade flowers (and sooooo sad to see you go :( )
  5. 4 crafty chicks - Metal (my little charm)
I really hope you had a wonderful Sunday and that you will go and check out the wonderful digis made by Marion from When the scrap hits the fun.  She's so very talented and sweet!  So happy to be part of her dt :D  YUP still smiling big time

Hugs
