Digi Choosday Crafting Challenge - Thanks

It's time for a new challenge over at Digi Choosday and this time it's Thanks

I figured for this challenge that I would do something a bit different.  It's a Thank you tag that goes on top of a wine bottle!  Perfect to bring as a thank you gift to your host.  I used a great image from the so cute set Winston Deluxe Collection but you can also get him separate here Winston Bear Get in touch.  The paper is also from that collection.

I added some buttons to this as well as some american craft twine.  The little bear was colored with my copics and fussy cut out.  The sentiment is from Create with TLC and I used my fancy tag 2 to cut it out.
