I would like to start off by wishing a wonderful Mother's day to all the North American Moms out there! It's time for another challenge over at Lacy sunshine challenge blog  and this time it's anything but a square!  For my card I got to play with the wonderful new digi called Becky Beaver that you can purchase here .

To me this is really special!  There's so many in my family that have been touched by cancer including my MIL who died last year from Colon Cancer.  My mom is a survivor of Breast cancer... it happened in 2010. So yes... totally want to do my part in getting the information out there! This one is called Zoe's love.  She is so very pretty!!!

Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at  Lacy sunshine challenge .  This time the challenge is to go monochromatic!!! Well this was quite a challenge.  I had just the perfect sentiment for my wonderful digi... but I sooo wanted to color him up in the Habs colors... you see in Montreal we are big hockey fans with the Canadians of Montreal... and well... it just wouldn't do with this challenge.  So I went with blue.  All blue so that my hubby doesn't think it was for his old Nordics from Quebec... there was a bit of a rivalry you see between Quebec city and Montreal lol.

The group this month was Double Dog Dared to create a garden project since April Showers brings May Flowers whether it be a card, lay-out, with their creativity being the only limitations!!!!! We had several talented crafters that took that challenge for today's hop!!!! Hello everyone!  So a few weeks ago I was one of the chosen 4 designers for a guest spot over at Raise the bar challenge .  So this is my post for it! This week the challenge is Friendship so this is just PERFECT because I was going to do a post for this card and it relates to friendship. Hello everyone!!!!  I'm feeling better!!!!  Finally!  Thank you so much for all the wonderful positive thoughts sent my way ;)  So I just had to celebrate tonight... and what better way then making some cards lol So for this 1st one (yup I made 2...) I used the fabulous Winnie Watermelon that you can find here , she's one of the latest digi from the wonderful Heather Valentine.  And you can only purchase these images at  Lacy sunshine .

Good evening!  So how was your day?!?  Probably better than mine... yup I'm like the groundhog... I keep repeating myself... Tonight I came back home shivering... even if it was 10 degrees celcius I started up my seat warmer in the car to try to warm myself up!  I took a hot shower and some advils.  After that I was ready to color a bit before I go to bed! I'm pretty happy with how my card turned out actually!  Well to be honest I made 2... yup crazy right?!?  Must be the fever bringing extra mojo this time!  Well of course it could also be because Heather's digis are just soooooo adorable!!!  I did one that I can't show you yet... but the other I can ;)  So I will!  I did a card with the fabulous and so very sweet Mari Gold!  You can find her here .  And don't forget only Lacy Sunshine is the authorized store for Heather's images!  So if you find them elsewhere... well it's like buying stolen goods!  You wouldn't want that right?!?

Good evening everyone!  I'm feeling like CRAP!!!!  I went to work today... and by the end of the afternoon I had a major headache and the chivers... So took 2 advils as soon as I got home... feel better.  Well good enough to color a wonderful digi from Heather from  Lacy Sunshine  but can't show it yet... you will have to be back on Sunday for the new challenge ;) But don't  go yet... Hello to all!  I had the immense pleasure of playing with Moppets -Millicent one of the digis from the new digis from  Lacy Sunshine . She's totally adorable and so very sad.  I was a bit stumped as to which sentiment to use with her... until I saw a fabulous set from  Create with TLC  that I'll show you later.  I thought it went perfect with this little digi.

Hello everyone!  This is the time for another challenge over at  Lacy sunshine challenge blog .  This time our challenge is about layers!!!  So do many!!! For my card I used the fabulous digi Genevieve for my card.  When I saw this fabulous image I knew right away what I wanted to do with it. For this card I used paper from Teresa Collins.  I used some lace from my stahs as well as some Layered chipboard - Portrait collection.  I used my label 4  from spellbinder. Hello Everyone!  I did good so far I've posted every day this week... so couldn't  let that go and just had to post again today.  This time I'm here with a card made with a wonderful digi from  Lacy Sunshine . It's the sooo cute Eleanor and Pickles Magic carpet. When I saw this image I just knew that I wanted them to fly.  And then when I was looking into a local store over the weekend I found the perfect sentiment to go with this image in French!!!  Perfect for the cards that I need to accumulate for the Teacher's gifts...  I used a bunch of different cloud dies for this card my Marshmallow cloud from Memory box, my La la land craft die and my YNS cloud dies.  I used paper from MME  - Lime Twist - Fly a kite.    The sentiment says "Que la vie t'amène à planer dans un ciel sans nuage" in English it would mean "May life bring you to fly in a sky without clouds".  Of course my sky as a lot of clouds... but isn't  that the point?!?  Li

For this next card showcasing the wonderful new set from  Create with TLC , I wanted to play with a gorgeous digi from  Lacy Sunshine .  It's called Eleanor and Pickles the statches. For this card I used paper from Desert Bloom - First edition.  I used some flowers from my stash.  I added some leaves that I cut using my new Cheery Lynn Design dies - Tropical leaves.  I also put some Robin's nest dew drops. Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at  Lacy sunshine challenge blog .  This time our challenge is about double trouble ;)  So double things up! For my card I used the wonderful digi Aventure Jamie & Maddie and the Aventure digi bits.  From the moment  I saw this fabulous digi I knew that I wanted to make a scene with them... So I did something that I had never done before, I created a scene digitally!  I used 3 different photos merged together to do the background and used the wonderful digi bits for the crocs and plants. I didn't use much embellishments other than the image... I only added some robin's nest dew drops.  The digi had already 2 characters, and I used 2 crocs and all the plants are doubled up. For the digi bits and image I colored with my copics.  I printed the plants twice and fussy cut them out to be able to pop them up and give some dimension.  The sentiment comes from  Create with TLC .  I used my deckled rectangle large from

OK so I did all cute and cuddly cards... now after a full day of crafting... I just HAD to let the darker version come out as well ;) For this card I used the wonderful digi Buggz... a lil voodoo you can find it on this page .  I stayed in the grey, black and white ;)  Love that color combination. For this card I used some leftover paper and decided to go really CAS.  I used a punch to cut out the circles. Here's a closer look at the digi that I colored using my copics Doesn't she just look happy lol  Just loooove her!!!!  And when I got her, I sent a watermark image to Paulette over at  Create with TLC  to know if she had a sentiment to got with her.  Of course she found one ;) I'm really really spoiled!!!! It's time again for another wonderful challenge over at  Lacy Sunshine .  This time it's about using your favorite colors! So for my card I got to play with the soooo awesome Eleanor Queen of the vampires!  How awesome right!?!? So for my favorite colors I would say black (with grey), white and a touch of red ;) I used paper from my stash and sorry don't  remember the brand... I've had them for awhile.  I used my scallop and standard circle as well as my Label 14 all from Spellbinder.  The ribbon is from my stash.  I added some Robin's nest dew drops.
