OSAAT - Challenge # 140

Image
This week at  One stitch at a time  and it's a challenge you guys will totally love!  It's a "use a digi" so how cool is that? The wonderful sponsor this week is Joanna Sheen. For my card as well as CG (you need to check her's out!) we used the Busted digi from Stitchy!  I was laughing as I was creating :D For this card I used My Mind's Eye paper - Merry Days of Christmas.  I used my curved rectangles as well as my classic large circle and scallop circle from Spellbinder.  I used iced spruce distress ink to ink around the sentiment and the digi. Here's a closer look at the digi.  I added some stickles to Santa's suit and colored him with my copics. And here's a look at a sentiment from  Create with TLC  that I thought would be perfect with this digi... 'cause if you do bite Santa... I would suppose you would have some explaining to do lol :D So will you be joining us this week at  One stitch at a time ?!?  I'm lo

Blue

Good evening everyone!  No I'm not feeling blue... even if I am quite tired and really looking forward to the weekend!  The day was super busy with meetings and then the teacher parent conference for my 2 youngest.  But they got good grades so all is good! So why then you ask the title... well the image that I'm using is called Blue part of the Mary in Stocking set, it's from Marion and can be purchased here .  Totally adorable it comes colored in blue or red and uncolored.  I chose for my card the blue version!  Totally love that it's all ready to go for a quick and beautiful card. So since the image was really wonderful I didn't do much... I used some leftover papers I really love when I can do that.  I added the wonderful sentiment that comes from one of Marion's fabulous set.  Some ribbon and pearls purchased at the dollar store.  That's it! Here's a closer look at the digi: To make this card I followed this sketch: I'm ente

Hello Everyone!  This week at  Jackson's digital expression  I'm the one hosting and it's the sketch challenge with a twist of Thanksgiving/Thank you For this card I used a wonderful digi from Robert Jackson called Pray.  I thought it was just perfect for this type of card. I used paper from my Le P'tit bloc by toga.  I used my EK punch and my american craft buttons.  The ribbon was from my stash.  I also stitched all around.  I used my corner CM punch around the edge of the sentiment and used some vintage photo distress ink. Here's the digi that I colored using my copics And here's the sentiment that you can find over at  Create with TLC . Here's  the wonderful sketch to follow: I really hope you will be joining us this week, don't  forget to go and check out the wonderful inspiration from  my fellow team members over at  Jackson's digital expression .
