Lacy Sunshine Challenge # 9
Goodmorning!!! It's time for a new challenge over at Lacy sunshine challenge blog.
And for this new challenge I got to play with one of the new digis called Griffon! Just adore this little guy. He's just perfect for me and he was perfect to try something new.
I made a set a candle and a card. I was really scared of making the candle and in the end it wasn't that difficult. But I did color the image on my regular paper 1st than scanned it and reprinted the scanned version on the tissue paper. This way if I had messed it up I would have been ok to try again. But I'm happy to say that the 1st time was a charm. And the great thing is now I have my very own pre-colored griffon! So I can make a whose series of card.

To make this card I used some left over papers from my stash!!!! YAY! I used my big scallop square and my large square. I used some ribbon as well from my stash. The border was done with a MS punch.

Woo hoo you finally did it and went and made a candle. Did you follow the tut I had posted from I Love It or did you go with something else. Either way it turned out fantastic!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea of colouring your image, scanning it and THEN transferring to the tissue. I might just have to try that.
