DDC #42 - Holiday Cheer with embossing

This week over at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is about holiday cheer with embossing.  How easy is that right? For my card I used a wonderful digi called Christmas Presents 4 w. For this card I used paper from American Crafts - Hollyday.  I used a Sizzix Tim Holtz - embossing folder.  I used classic square large from spellbinder. For this digi I used my copics to color this up. For this card I used my wonderful sentiment from  Create with TLC . DDC #41 - Snow fun with Bling

Hello everyone for this card for our wonderful challenge at  Digi darlas  our challenge is about snow fun with Bling! For this card I used the wonderful digi Snow Shopper.  Wow she looks like she's having a lot of fun!  I would love for her to help me with my Christmas shopping! For this card I used paper from American Craft - Jolly.  I used my curved rectangle, reverse wonky rectangle and fanciful holiday by spellbinder.  I used some cheesecloth under this digi.  I added some Robin's nest dew drops.  I added some glitter to the corner dies. DDC # 40 - Child's Christmas card

This week at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is a child's Christmas card. For this card I used the wonderful digi Snowman with tree. For this card I used paper from American Craft - Hollyday.  I used my scallop circle and classic circle by spellbinder.  I added some foam snowflakes and an holly ornament from the dollar store.  I put some Robin's nest Dew drops on top of the snowflakes for added dimension. Here's a closer look at the digi that I colored using my copics and some stickles. And here's the wonderful sentiment from  Create with TLC  that I thought was just perfect for this scene. Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge # 39

This week at  Tammy's Scrapin Corner  it's Anything Christmas. Our wonderful sponsors are the following:  and   Of course I just had to create another 2 cards... For my 1st card I used the wonderful digi Snowtime Scottie 3 from Digi Darlas. For this Card I used paper from Basic Grey - Nordic Holiday.  I used my scallop and classic circle to cut out the digi and the sentiment both are from Spellbinder.  I used the Sizzix photo corner #6 for the corners. I used a charm and ribbon from my stash as well as a flower that I had. The image was colored with my copics.  I added some Liquid Appliqué as well as some stickles. I used many many layers for this card.  The paper is from American Crafts - Hollyday.  I used some twine as well from American Craft.  I added a little

DDC#38 - Thanksgiving/Thankful

This week at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is about Thanksgiving or being thankful! For my card I used a wonderful digi called Pumpkin Wheat.  I thought it was just perfect for this type of card. For this card I used paper from We r memory makers - Autumn splendor.  I used my Recollection cardstock as well.  I embossed the brown cardstock with a cuttlebug folder.  I used my curved rectangle and my reverse wonky rectangle by spellbinder.  The edge of the digi and the sentiment were brushed with brushed corduroy distress ink. Here's the wonderful digi that I colored with my copics. And I used a sentiment from  Create with TLC  that was just perfect for this card! Cardinal requested card

This weekend I was really busy creating cards, it's a good thing because I'm not sure that I'll be able to create at all this week.... :(   I'm going to miss it!!!!  I'm pretty sure that I will be trying to get a tiny bit done lol. So I got some requests for Christmas cards.  I really love making Christmas cards, but it's a lot scarier to do them for someone else!  I had done a card already with the image Cardinal on Lamp post that is a pre-colored image by Digi Darlas!  I'm really starting to love using those as I can really concentrate on the rest. Here's my card: For this card I used some papers from Toga.  I used a ribbon from my stash.  I created a stick pin just for this card.  I used my scallop die, my circle die as well as my Label 13 all from Spellbinder.  I added some Robin's Nest Dew drops in the corners. DDC # 37 - Favorite Die cuts

This week at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is about using your favorite die cuts!  So that should be really really easy right?!? For my card I used a wonderful precolored digi called Owl wreath.  Just looooove how it's colored it's just perfect. I used some left over paper that I had in my stash :D  So very happy when that happens.  I used my Label 11 from Spellbinder and my Cheery Lynn Holly die. Here's a closer look at my digi, it was part of the new releases that you can get when you are part of the digital stamp club .  You really should join in if you are not already part of the club. DDC #36 - Card holders

This week at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is about Card holders.  So it will be perfect for any Christmas card or for a birthday card :D For my part, I'm really really trying to get ahead with my Christmas stuff!  I can't  believe how wonderful this blog world is because this year, I might just have enough lol. For this card I used paper from DCWV cardstock as well as my mind's eye - the merry days of Christmas.  I used my scallop square, classic square, wonky rectangle all from spellbinder.  I added a charm from my stash.  The ribbon comes from the dollar store. Here's the inside of the card.  I added some felt snowflakes. Here's a closer look at the digi colored with my copics.  I added some liquid applique for the snow with some glitter ritz. Tammy's Scrapin Corner - Challenge # 35

This week at  Tammy's Scrapin corner  our challenge is anything fall!  And we have as sponsor the wonderful  and  For my 1st card... yes... I know I just had to do 2 cards again.  I used the wonderful digi Lil Pumpkin.  Just think that little kitty is just soooo cute. To make this card I used paper from Le p'tit bloc by Toga.  I used Label 3 and antique  frame & accents all by Spellbinders.  I used some ribbon that I purchased at the dollar store.  I used some bling as well.  I also created a stick pin for this. The digi was colored with my copics. Here's a closer look at the sentiment and my pin that comes from  Create with TLC . For the second card I used the wonderful digi from a Day for daisies called Joy. For this card I also used paper from Le p'tit bloc- Toga.  I used also wonderful paper from Panda Bear design that you can find at Stitchy bear stamps.  I added some ribbon that I purchased at the dollar store as well as a little charm.

DDC # 35 - White Delight

Hello everyone!  Welcome to another post for my  Digi Darlas  DT card.  This time our challenge is "white delight"!  Got to admit that when I read that... I started to have palpitations lol... not very fond of white... love it in small dose but to do an entire card.... that's much harder for me! So I thought and and thought some more and then I came across this most fantastic digi called Angel up!!!  Oh that was all that was required for my inspiration to come lol So for this card I used some paper from BBP.  I decided to do some embossing so that there would be some texture, so used the divine swirl Cuttlebug divine swirl embossing folder.  I used some buttons that I stacked up and I added a little Robin's Nest Dew drop pearls.  The ribbon is from my stash.  To cut out the wonderful digi I used my floral oval. I colored just a bit my image with copics and added some stickles to it.    She's soooo pretty that she really doesn't need much. So will

DDC# 34 - Halloween

Hello everyone!  This time at  Digi Darlas  our challenge is Halloween!  This is the perfect time to create with those little witches, ghools and goblins :D I don't  know if you are familiar with the wonderful  Digital stamp club  for digi darlas... but if you are not you really should go and check it out!  There are the most amazing releases every week!  And the card that I'm making is using one of those release called Lil Lady Wizard. For this card I used a pad of paper that I had completely forgotten about... how sad is that?!?  It's K & Cie. I used some ribbon from Making memories (Toil & Trouble).  To cut out the digi and the paper underneath it I used my Label 28.  I added  a little spider that I made hang with a little cord... it really looks like a spider web :D For the digi I used my copics and used my distress ink Black soot all around. DDC # 33 - Alphabet

This week at  Digidarlas  the challenge is the alphabet.  You have to find a letter and do a card that will have something that represent that letter. For my card I went with the letter "B" for Bird!!!! For my card I totally went the lazy route!!!  I found a wonderful digi called Cardinal on Lamp post and chose the colored version :D   But then... I went die crazy... so it ended up taking me more time I think to make the card then usual lol. The paper that I chose for this card is from Basic Grey - Nordic Holiday.  I used my Classic square large, my fleur de lis square and one of the fancy tags 2 from Spellbinder.  I used memory box snowflake border as well as the corner piece.  And I used Nesting ovals by quitcutz for the label.  I added some Robin's nest dew drops and some green gems for more sparkle. Hello Everyone!  This week at  Tammy scrapin corner  our two wonderful sponsors are:  and  And our challenge is about friendship!  So this is an easy one to play along with. Of course I did 2 cards.... just could not stop myself again lol For my 1st card I used a digi from Digi Darlas called Snowtime Scotie 9.  I thought this little dog an cat were so cute.  Actually the dog really reminds me of my dad's little "Frippon" so that could be his Christmas card for this year :D  Getting ahead!!!! For this card I used paper from Basic Grey - Nordic Holiday.  I also used DCWV Shimmer cardstock.  I used the classic large rectangle to cut out the digi and the paper underneath and used the long rectangle for the sentiment all dies from Spellbinder.  The button and my ribbon are from my stash. the digi was colored using my copics and I added some flowersoft to make the snow!  Just love that stuff.
