Pretty girl - Heart digital stamp -Mi Ran

Hello everyone!  I'm here to share my post for Art by miran. Since it is my turn to host the Artbymiran Blog and today I would like to share a special creation that I made using Pretty girl - Heart digital stamp.

Isn't this little girl just adorable?!?  I thought she would be perfect for my special Valentine's day creation.  I made something for my oldest's son's girlfriend.  I though that this image was perfect to send for her.  It's a candle box card!  My very 1st time making one of those!  Took me forever lol  but I'm quite pleased with the result

I made this while following a tutorial from Stampartic that I discovered from one of our great DT over at Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenges  Amy A. That used this for our 1st challenge.  I thought it was very clever and decided to make one myself :)  

The DP that I used is from Bobunny Head over heels collection.  I used my Label 6, Label 8, large and scallop circles from Spellbinder.  I also used a MS punch to do the border.  I used some color box white ink to distress all the edge.  I added some ribbon and lace from my stash.  I also put some fun Bobunny Chipboards embellishments and I used a little eyelet outlet brad for the bow and for the tag on the front.  On the front and the inside I used a bunch of different sentiments from Create with TLC.

When it's open, I also added some foam hearts that I purchased last year.

With the little tag out, you can see the sentiment from Create with TLC that's on it.

Here's a closer look at the awesome digi that I colored with my copics.  I added some stickles to the heart.

So what do you think?!  Will she be happy with this little gift?  It's from a 16yrs old boy lol...   What I know is that Mi Ran's images are a total joy to color!!!!  And it was great fun to make something a bit different.

Ohhh my... I've never EVER entered so many challenges with one project... I've tried to make sure that I don't enter any where there's a limit to the number of challenge entered... if I did I'm so sorry that I missed it please be gentle with me it wasn't done on purpose.

I really hope you have liked this post that was totally out of my zone of comfort!  But it was fun... even if it did take me 3hr to make lol... it's all the conversion of the cm to the inches... and also the layering afterwards!
