Fresh Brewed design DT creation - Oct 12

Goodmorning everyone!  How are you doing?!?  It's Saturday and I'm still in bed most probably when this post will be going up.. so it's  really all good on my hand.  It's also a long weekend here in Canada so that's really totally awesome.

I'm hoping the weather will be as nice as they announce.  If so I'll be doing some yard work and then I'll be crafting!!!  YAY!!!! ;o)

So I'm here today to share with you a little card I made for my DT post of Fresh Brewed design.  I used a fabulous digi that was created for my friend Lisa ;o)  I really love that image and colored it up while I was on vacation.  It can be found here and it's called Sally.  There's a lot of coffee lovers in my entourage that would like this card!


I used some fresh colored for this.  I wanted something different from all the fall colors we are seeing right now.  I really love them... but need to have some variety... The paper is from Summer Fresh - Simple stories.  I used a button and ribbon from my stash.  The stamp and paper was cut with my reverse wonky rectangles.

    Hope you had a nice long lie, Vicky, and have a great long weekend, our grandson is off school for a week, so I am hoping to get some long lies in too...although, hubby's alarm still went off at 6am this morning, hrmp...fabulous card hun as always xxxx

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
