Digi Choosday - Love is in the air

It's time for a new challenge over at Digi Choosday and this time around it's about love!  How appropriate right with St-Valentine's day just around the corner?

This challenge just had me want to cuddle.  And what better way to cuddle than with a gorgeous furry friend!  So I just had to use the fabulous Winston Deluxe full edition.  The papers and the colored version of mailbox bear can be found there.  You can also purchase the black and white version here if you prefer.
Since I didn't color the image I decided to go all out with the rest of the details.  So I actually sewed!  Woohoo lol... doesn't happen a lot but since I have it set up now in the garage next to my room... it's easier to just get to it... if I remember lol.  I used my Nesting octagon and my nesting frame 4 from Quickutz.  The corner dies was done with a die that I got as a freebie for a magazine!

Here's a closer look at the sweet digi.  The sentiment was a little sticker in my stash.

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
