Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenge - Midway post - No pink or red

Well Valentine's day is just around the corner but we still decided to do a challenge with no pink or red over at Open-minded crafting fun.

For my post I'm using a great image from Bugaboo called Day after tomorrow.  I figured that it's not because there's no pink or red that this couldn't be a romantic card.  I've got the best hubby ever supporting me through hard times.  So I decided to do a card for him :)

Isn't that a super romantic image?!?  I decided to keep this card really CAS and monochromatic.  I used DCWV -  Premium paper pack.  I used my A2 distressed edge from Spellbinder.  I added some black pearls and that's it.

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful! WOW I'm speechless (well almost) lol!  Can't believe I have reached 300 followers.  I seem to be thanking you all the time but I think you really deserve HUGE thank you!!!!
