Hello!  It's time for the reminder for the progressive challenge  Sparkle and glitter  where this time around we are using the great image  Alice . I also used with that image the set  Wonderland elements 2 .  I thought it was the perfect set to go with my journaling.

Oh it's a scary time over at  The East Wind , it's time for an Halloween challenge!!!!!  There are so many fabulous image in the store that I hope you will join us using a great TEW image. The one that I used is Halloween witch with black kitty .  And I made a little postcard with it!  I thought this year instead of sending the typical Halloween cards that I would send some postcards to some :) I used some washi tape on this as well.  The image was colored with my copics.  The sentiment is from  Create with TLC .  I just tore it out, I like doing that instead of using a die sometimes! Well I am happy to report that I like this month theme for the showcase for Art by Mi Ran  a WHOLE lot better lol.  It's all about tags and those I can manage.  Of course, seriously you can manage pretty much everything with Art of Mi Ran images but I still like making those a whole lot more than box cards.... Here's the image that I worked with   Sassy Sandra .  I'm not quite sure yet what I will be using her for but I knew that I wanted her to be kinda vintage. And I'm quite happy with the result.  I really went Shabby chic with this one.

Hello everyone!  It's Monday but here in Canada it's Thanksgiving.  So people have it off which is very cool!    But that doesn't  mean that there is a break over at  My Whimsical little world , nope there's a great digi coming out and it's totally PERFECT for Halloween. For this I decided to make with the super cute little Franky a little index card :)  I love making them since I joined the fab group over at International crafters. The cute little sentiment is from  Create with TLC , it was cut out using my pumpkin spellbinder die.  the background was with some left over sprays (sprayed something in front of those index cards).  I edged the index card and the sentiment with my spiced marmalade distress ink.  I used some washi tape. It's already time for a new challenge over at  SLS Lines Digital  and this time around it's BOO just perfect for Halloween! For my make I did a little postcard that I sent to someone special  using the fab  Pumpkin Patch . Here's my make with this. I colored this digi with my copics.  I added some stickers from the dollarstore as well a sentiment from  Create with TLC .  I used some washi tape all around and the papers were some left overs in my stash. It's that time again for Airless Chaimbers Crew to join in the creepiest bloghop of the year, the 31 days of Halloween. Organized by  Smeared Ink . The AC crew will be using Rick's awesome Halloween digi and / or rubber collection. You can find the digi at his  Etsy  or  Zibbet  shop. Rubber only at  I Brake For Stamps Today it's my turn to host the blog of Airless chamber for the 31 days of Halloween with you again and for this make I'm sharing a little altered children Cardboard book that I did and had not shared yet!  I also made a video of it if you want to hear me comment on it lol For this book I used the fabulous  Aliens and mutants sheet .  I really think it's a steal for 10$  for all those fab digis. Here are the pages from my book.  The sentiments are mostly from  Create with TLC .  I used the eyes of the digis blown up for the cover.  I made sure to color them the same way throughout the book. I'm totally EXCITED to be able to share that I'm part of the new release team over at Julia Spiri!!!!  Such fabulous digis .  There's an awesome FB group as well that is how I found out about them.  And of course you can play in the challenge and have the opportunity to win some great digis. My make was done using the brand new Sea and Hair .  I decided to make a  page journal layout with this.  I have to admit that I'm really really scared of the sea.  I love looking at it. But I know that it's so incredibly powerful and yes I'm very scared of the idea of being on a boat.  So that image touched me a lot. I have been tearing some magazine's apart and I found the great text that I could use on this layout.

It's time already for a new challenge over at  Karleigh Sue  and this time around it's about Kraft! For making this make I used the fabulous  Under construction .  I just love this image because I totally adore making stuff and working with tools so I totally can associate myself with this image. I decided to make something in my journal.... what a surprise right?!? :)   But I didn't paint the background I decided to use some papers from Market special paper.  I also used my Couture embossing folder for this.  I added some black dots for the nails.

Hello everyone!  It's Monday!  And this is the second post of the day.  I went away for the weekend and I have to say that it really really helped with my moral :)  I also found a bunch of goodies at garage sales over in the Eastern Townships. You're so wicked  was just the perfect image for this journaling. I always have the BIGGEST issue EVER with dieting.... which is why I just don't do it.  Whenever I would like to diet?!?  Just the fact that I'm on a diet will get me to crave DESPERATELY what I'm supposed to stay away from.  So when I saw this image I just thought: "hey she's  perfect to illustrate that!" You're so wicked  is a great little witch but can be used in lots of other settings than Halloween.  This journal was still done in those colors doing a mixed media piece but I'm telling you any day of the year would have applied lol

It's already time for the midway  Scribbles Designs challenge .  And this time it's about Luck. For my make I used the great  Shamrock Mason Jar .  I thought that was the perfect piece for an altered card. Hello everyone!  It's time for a new challenge over at  Delicious doodles  and this time it's Halloween in non traditional colors. For my make I decided to make a little ATC using the fab  Halloweenie Ghostie  I really love that little image. I did some doodling around the side.   I colored with my copics and some gel pens.  I used my Quickutz oval die to cut the sentiment which comes from  Create with TLC .  The ATC was cut using my Cameo Silhouette. OMG it's almost the end of September... and now I totally realized that I had forgotten to post this fabulous image from Faery Ink the great  Layla Butterfly Fae .  What on earth happened to me that I missed this?!? I don't know.... I have no excuse other than it's been a rough time lately and I've been trying to get better and yeah lost track of time in the process?!? Who would guess right?!? Anyway here's my make with her.  I have done her ready since the month of August because she was part of my Journaling by 5s series.  I really love how she turned out!

WOW there's another fabulous new release image over at  My Whimsical little world .  And this time around it's such a sweet and fabulous image totally love Windswept. She was just perfect in my journal that I made using the Journaling by 5s.  It's one of the pages that I didn't really alter or modify after I finished it because I really love it the way it was. I did work on the left hand side however and that included putting some embossed paper, a hair bandana that was recycled. Remember how much I hated hated hated the last box card for the Art by Mi Ran blog post ?!?  Well this time around I didn't do the theme for both post.... I decided to do a regular b-day card because well we always need those. For this card I decided to play with  Calla . I think it turned out quite cute.

Hello everyone!  It's time for a new release over at  SLS Lines  and I just love love love the ones that I played with which is a cute little set of monster images!  I have used them all on some altered cards that I did for my JB5 tryout with cards.  You can find the cute set here . You can see the complete album made with my cards on this video And here are the altered cards that I made with those little monsters. I used all kinds of paint on those and great sentiments from  Create with TLC .  I used eyelets on all of them to be able to put them on the album.  The images were colored with my primacolor pencils. I've been really busy this summer with this awesome new process of journaling by 5s.  It's a timed event so you really don't have time to think you have to just let it go!  And that's pretty awesome creatively speaking.  So today I'm here to share my post for  Sparkle and glitter . I've been playing with the fab sheet  Buttons and Bows .  And I played with 3 for this page. I used some borders on the left and right plus the little manequin shape.  I used some washi tape and lots of paint to make this. Here's a closer look at the page.  They were all colored with my copics.  The sentiments are from  Create with TLC   I used a bunch of punched out circles and some sequins in them.  Thought it was fitting with the image and the fashion.  I did ruin my dolls face however by putting the varnish on top.... the colors ran on her :(  that really sucks... Hey everyone!  I'm back with one last post for today!  And this time around it's for Scribbles Challenge  .  The challenge we have for you is Good luck.  And I took it was being lucky to have some awesome friends for this 1st make :) I used the great  Butterfly mason jar  for my little Altered playing card.  This little card was started using the journaling by 5s and completed with the free play :) The little sentiment is from  Create with TLC I used on the background some stamps from Unity.  I also did some texture and a bunch of doodling :)  I added some eyelet to put it in the book that is being given away tomorrow on this post .  You still have 1 more day to participate in my giveaway!!!!!
