Mother's day

I received great news last night!  I'm now a proud member of the Jacksons digital expressions DT team ;)))) so very excited.  As you could see in my left sidebar, I had partaken in some challenge already and just thought they were really awesome.  So very happy to be in their team.


Now for tonight's post, I had a request to make a mother's day.  I made another card using the great Hat Silhouette from Floppy Latte.  I just loved that image on the 1st card.  This time I used my brand new beaded oval nestabilities to go around it.

I used the stormy sky distress ink on the ovals around.  I also put 2 ribbons... it doesn't show very well but there's one underneath the sentiment and one in the button ;)  just love doing that!

I think it turned out quite elegant even if it was using my scraps of papers!

So that's it for me tonight.  Tomorrow I have another mother's day card to make ;)  It's really the week... I wonder if someone will make me one...lol
