Tuesday Throwdown - Challenge # 155

Hello everyone!  It's Tuesday and this mean a new challenge over at Tuesday Throwdown.  This time our challenge for you is to use the spotlight technique.  This means that you highlight just one area of your work with color... and leave the rest as is.

For my card I had the pleasure of working with the great digi In my garden.  I just think this is such a sweet image.
The paper is from Prima - Life time.  I used a ribbon from my stash as well as a little charm.  The flowers are from the dollarstore.  I added a brad from Eyelet Outlet to each of them.   I played with my Label 22, small and large circle and fancy tag 2 all from Spellbinder. 
Here's a closer look at the digi with the spotlighted area colored with my copics.  The great sentiment is from Create with TLC.

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
