Eureka blog hop

I have to start up this post saying how stressed I was... we had a power outage due to some really really strong winds and my blog post was not finished...  I'm so very glad that the power came back on time... so back to the regular programming lol

Welcome to our sister companies blog hop, we are so excited to share with you our handmade gifts perfect for any holiday!

You should of arrived from the super talented Marji's blog if not then you will want to start at the beginning on the Eureka blog, as you will not want to miss a chance at all the prizes we are given away!

Well I sooo liked the idea of making a set of gift for the teacher of William (my youngest) that I made another set for his 2nd teacher... yes he has 2... they have another teacher on Wednesday.  So need to create something extra for that one.

So I used my digis from Eureka to do just that.  This time I went with a red and green twist!!!  I have used the digis 22901, 22104, 27001, 2908, 6801 and 6506.

Here's a look at the entire set together.
Here's a look at the bag and the tag that I made.  I used some paper from Basic Grey - Nordic Holiday.

The image was colored with my copics.  The image is 22901.  Isn't he fabulous?!?
Here's my tag.  I used my CM punch to make it.  I added some ribbon from my stash.  I used digi 27001 and digi 2908.  The image was colored with my copics.
Here's the other side of the tag, also colored with my copics
For the candle, I have colored the image 1st and then scanned it and reprinted on the tissue paper used to make this.  I have used some ribbon from my stash as well as a little candle holder from the dollar store.
Here's the card that goes with this gift set.  I have used MME - Holly Jolly.  I also used my scallop circle, scallop rectangle as well as my large circle from Spellbinder.   I used digi 6801 and 6506 for this card.
Here's a look at the digi colored with my copics.
And the awesome sentiment that works in French wooohooo ;o)
So what do you think?!?  Will the teacher like this gift?

Don't forget to leave comments along the way as there will be a prize from every blog along the hop who will each be choosing a winner from the comments left on their hop posts!

These winners will each win a 2 digital image of their choice.

  3. Another beautiful gift set - what a fabulous gift this will make for William's other teacher. And thanks for saying how you got the digi onto the candle. You are full of great ideas! Our power went out too (I'm in Nova Scotia) - we had very strong winds and heavy rains. Luckily it was only out for a short time - but it was long enough!

    Enjoy your weekend,
