Ghetto Fabulous Ashley sipping wine

Hello folks!  So how are you today?!?  What did you do?!?  I vegged... yup you will be happy to know that I followed the Dr order and relaxed.  I did a bit of FB, some blogging... some napping... and then made a few cards with some images that I had colored yesterday :)  Well I have to do a bit to keep my mind off the fact that I'm not supposed to do anything :)

So today one of the cards that I did was with this great new image that I got this morning to support a friend of Kyra from The East wind her friend Ashley will soon be celebrating her b-day... and also an operation before chemo treatment :(  So Kyra made some fabulous digis to do a fundraiser to help her friend!!!  You totally want to check these out.

For this card I decided to use the left end side one called Ghetto Fabulous Ashley sipping wine.  As those of you that follow my blog know, my family as been really badly touched by cancer.  My mom and dad as well as my father-in-law and my Mother-in-law.  I actually lost my MIL a year and 1/2 ago and still miss her like crazy!  So I really wanted to be able to do something to help Ashley.  Therefore, if you like this great image why don't you go over and purchase one of them?  And then come and share it with us at our FB group that you can find here.

From the pictures you can tell Ashley enjoy life!!!  So this is my take with the great digi.
The paper is from my DCWV - premium pack.  I thought it was just perfect for this card :)  Hope you think so as well!.  I added a little ribbon, some pearls and some buttons from my stash.  There are so many layers that this card weights a ton lol.

Here's a closer look at the great digi that I colored with my copics.  I used some of my special sparkly pen for the eyeshadow.  I used a great sentiment from Create with TLC.

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. WOW I'm speechless (well almost) lol!  Can't believe I have reached 300 followers.  I seem to be thanking you all the time but I think you really deserve HUGE thank you!!!!
