Gingerloft DT card- Creatures of the sea

Good morning everyone!  Hope you have a fabulous Sunday!  It's time for a new challenge over at Gingerloft Challenges.  This time it's about creatures of the sea.

For my card I used the great digi Elegant Jellyfish.

My paper is from Forever in time - Blue chic.  I added some old paper distress ink all around.  The digi and the paper under it was cut with my scallop and large circle.

Here's a closer look at the digi that I left pretty much as is!  I colored it lightly with my copics.  I used a fabulous sentiment from Create with TLC that I think is just soooo much fun!
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:

    I love the papers you used and of course the way you distressed the area around the image. Thanks for my first laugh of the day with that sentiment. Too funny.

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
