Ice Cream Sunday Harriet - Bonjour

I have just realized that I was missing out on using the great Ice Cream Sunday Harriet.... only a few hours left to enter with the Freebie from Crafty Sentiments!!!!


I had just the perfect DP for this sweet card.  I used the wonderful Dear Lizzy Neapolitan paper pad from American Craft.  I added a brad that was just awesome for this it's from Eyelet outlet.  The border was done with a MS punch.  I used my large scallop circle and regular circle as well as my fancy tag 2 for this.

Here's a closer look at the digi colored with my copics.  The sentiment is from my fabulous friend Lisa over at Decosse Dynamite Doodles.  She made me a bunch of different Bonjour with all kinds of wonderful fonts!!!!  Love them.

    Vicky, what a fun card. I know what you mean about cutting it close sometimes - but at least it is in. It is more frustrating when you just miss it. Enjoy your day crafting.

    Great colouring, love the backing paper, and the lacey edge on the pink paper too. Woo, hoo, I recognized this Bonjour. I really do like that font but I can't remember which one it is now. I'll have to go and check. It is headed towards the gallery very soon.

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
