613 Avenue Create - Something masculine

It's time for the new challenge over at 613 Avenue create and this time our twist for you is something masculine.  This is perfect for the day since it's father's day!!!

For my card I used the great Digger!  I thought this little guy would make the perfect b-day card for my youngest son!  Initially I was going to go with a sentiment along the line I totally dig you... but then I thought it was too cheesy and I found something that worked perfectly with this.
I used some paper from Awesome - Simple stories.  Some of it is some scraps from the card I showed yesterday ;o)  Love when I can reuse.  The sentiment was part of the paper.  I thought it was really perfect for my son lol  I added some brads that look like screws.  They are from Eyelet Outlet.

DDC#47 - Winter blues

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman. For my card I used paper from my mind's eye - be merry.  I used my label 28, scallop circle and standard circle.  I added some foam snowflakes.  The ribbon is from EK success - fun fibers and was part of a package I received from Rhonda Sue!!!  Thank you my dear see it's quite useful!
