Caustic Rattflynger - Airless Chambers post

Hello!  It's my turn to host Airless Chambers today  and I should probably use my darker blog for this but I figured it's not that bad a make... and I'm doing something different for my usual cards....  I tried my hand at making a T-shirt for my eldest son....

Well it was my very 1st try and it didn't  come out the best... I thought this great image would be perfect for a teenagers t-shirt Caustic Rattflynger.  I should have used a darker transfer sheet to do this so the colors would have shown more clearly.... anyway here it is I'm still happy since it was my very 1st try and at least I did try something else.

So here's my colored version done with copics.

And how pale it ended up looking....  My son made the writing for the sentiment that says rock on.  I colored it up as well.

He's wearing it as a pj top so that's still good :)  And guess you have to do stuff like this to learn...

Do you do experiment as well that turn so so?!?

I'm entering this t-shirt in the following challenges:

  1. Left of center Challenge - This is LOC for sure... don't know the challenge but I know that whatever it is this will fit!!!  Thank god for you guys :)
  2. Inspiration destination - Anything goes
  3. Loves rubber stamps challenges - anything goes
That's it for me for now... but I will be back later.  Hope you have a great day!  I'll be seeing the doctor... Hopefully he won't be sick this time around.

Hugs

  1. OMG, this is a riot! I kinda like how it looks on the gray and his lettering ROCKS! So fun! Hate to say I'm not too adventurous because of my fear of failing. LOL However, I'd say this shirt is a winner. xxD

  2. You colored the image perfectly! It's a shame it didn't show up a bit darker, but the t-shirt really does look good. How cool that your son wrote the rock on...sounds like creativity runs in the family. Thanks for playing along with us this week at Loves Rubberstamps, good luck!
